The experience with Konsus was very positive. The team assigned was skilled and reliable. Good professionals.

Jack and his team did a fantastic job! Timely with responses, executed briefs well and sent through deliverables even earlier than expected.

We had a very tight timeline to complete a strategic project and Konsus delivered. They were able to turn around quality work quickly and rapidly incorporated our feedback into each revision. The PM performed his role well (setting expectations and clarifying deadlines). We looked great in front of our peers and in front of our bosses with the presentation that we put together.

I have tried on-line design services before. Since many of the designers are based overseas, I had difficulty getting my exact needs understood. The Konsus model, with a U.S.-based Project Manager (at least in my case), to whom I could interact and even have direct phone calls with, worked seamlessly. And, the fact that they can turn around work in 12-24 hours at a reasonable cost is fabulous. My Project Manager, Crystal, has been great to work with. I have given Konsus two projects in the last two weeks and will likely give them another today. A great find!

Efficient, great creative work, exceeding my expectations!!

Paid for the custom design "expensive" service for a refresh of 6 existing slides that needed turned around quickly. Extremely low standard, unusable slides provided. No issue with the project manager but the production quality was shocking - i think i literally paid $60 for one slide that "sharpened" the existing graphic...

A very easy and seamless process. The alternatives we tried were either more expensive, very slow or didn't provide satisfactory quality.

Poor quality, you will still pay for it though.

We used Konsus copywriting service and we were really dissatisfied with the results.

While they claim they can write copies for ads, their copy was really far from even average in our point of view.

Moreover, we spent 100x more time needed on that than the time we would need to do it ourselves while we also paid almost 30 dollars for 3 lines we haven't even used.

We asked for a refund but this was denied.

Unfortunately, we won't use them again.

I was introduced to Konsus by a friend after complimenting them on their powerpoint deck , with a investors meeting coming up I thought I would try them on a deck that had been kicking around for 4 months and needed some love.

The response time on my requests was excellent. The first drafts were in line with my expectations and they took some fairly complex ideas and made the easier to understand.

Every experience I've had with Konsus (20+ projects) has been excellent. I wouldn't use anyone else (and neither should you).

This was our first time using Konsus for a really important tender meeting we were presenting at. The deck that was provided was fantastic, beyond our expectation and it was turned around so quickly. Our project leader Sarah was really responsive to all ammendments and changes and was really positive throughout. We are delighted customers.

No complaints about the service. I just didn't care for the writer's style of writing. The biggest issue is that the writer took words that were meant to indirectly proclaim our leadership status, and the writer reworded it so that we sounded pompous and arrogant. They probably would have done a better job if we invested more of our time coaching the writer, but we were under time constraints and I personally didn't want to rack up hours trying to reframe their mindset. I almost felt as if the language was purposely "messed with" to encourage more dialog. I think it would have been more effective if they simply proofread our copy, and offered alternative language for the sentences the writer felt needed work.

The guys were great! A bit pricey to use their rush services, but if you need something over night, then this is a very good solution.

They don't usually make Keynote templates, which might be why this one was a little sloppy.

The first round (which was final-ready in their eyes) was 60% there when it comes to styles, architecture, and cleanliness of the file. We had to tell them to make type styles for each heading level and body text. And to clean out the artifacts of old styles no longer used in the presentation.

All in all, the template is functional and saved us a few hours of work in-house.

I'm pleased with the quality of the service Konsus has offered. Their process is intuitive enough and whatever questions I had, the project manager answered them quickly. Will get back to use more of their services, and so far, I have recommended them to my business partners.
