The design team is not located in the U.S. and it shows. They dont understand clear instructions. It was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. I would never use them again. Stay away!

Superside is a great partner! They are helpful and responsive and create design solutions that meet our team's needs.

I have worked with Superside for the last few years and I'm a so grateful to have them as an extension of our marketing team. They have helped us improve our brand awareness and industry image through development of our brand identity, collateral templates, presentations, website and beyond. Now we are embarking on an even bigger journey with them by including video, motion, AI and other creative services into our plan. I cannot wait to see what we're able to do together in the next year. Beyond the great creative work they deliver, the people I've worked with are awesome! From our Project Managers (Lucia, Ale, Megs and Stef back in the day) to Creative Directors (Carlos) to Customer Success Managers (Katie, Michael, Pablo), I have had nothing but excellent experiences and have built great relationships. I know there are a lot of companies out there, but I'm so glad to have found Superside. Would definitely recommend.

Superside has been a game changer for our content creation. We didn't have an internal creative team when I brought them on. The onboarding process was incredibly easy and I love their user interface. They are very transparent and I can easily check how much time is remaining.
They have a tool closet of skills and I love how they are always in the know of trends. They also offer free workshops about a variety of subjects like AI integration.

I hired Superside a few months ago and was really excited to work with them. I was impressed with their other work and our business. Sadly, I regret ever stumbling across them.

I requested a very simple project (make ~20 SVG icons, most of which already existed and needed a few small tweaks) and they quoted me 100 hours, which was my entire month's budget of work. I brought this up to the account admin team, who were nice and professional, and they did a second attempt, which wasn't much different.

Frustrated, I was able to complete the task myself in about two hours. I decided to cancel my agreement and, since this was the first project they'd ever worked on for me, asked for my money back. They'd delivered no work as of yet so it seemed reasonable.

It's taken more than three months to work through this and, to top it all off, when I said I'd be posting honest reviews of what happened, they said:

"We refer to your email dated May 30, 2024, regarding your threat to publish negative reviews about Superside.

While we are always open to constructive feedback and are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns our customers may have, it is against the law to use threats of defamation as a means to an end. We take these matters very seriously and must remind you that defamation, including libel if written, is a serious offense and Superside will not hesitate to take the appropriate legal action.”

I've never been so surprised to see a company's legal team say they would pursue legal action if I published a negative review.

Well, here I am publishing it anyway. You deserve to know what kind of company Superside is, and now you do.

I don't know that it is real team of superside or it is fake.. But they hire freelancer and say that you work for us and also want processing fees from the freelancer.. To give the payment.... This work is scam. For trust the agent of company give this link... They are very black hearted person who wanta from money to the struggller.. The person think that they give to them but they are too selfish people who used them for just money...

Very disappointing experience. We (a startup) worked with them for several months on a new website design. Our Superside project manager ended up crediting us multiple hours due to the poor quality of work performed. We had to push them extremely hard to deliver work that displayed any creativity - the first few designs just looked like a boilerplate website. Service was also generally pretty slow.

We struggled with comms throughout as they will not let you speak to designers directly, and the final deliverable showed that they really didn't have any experience in designing websites optimised for conversion. While the work may look pretty, it's at the expense of accepted UX best practices. We are going to get a specialist agency to redo the whole website now.

Overall a very frustrating and expensive experience and we would have been far better off working directly with a small and more responsive agency. I can't fault their enthusiasm and positive mindset though.

Leider wirklich schlechte Ergebnisse. Feedback wird nicht angenommen. Designer sind nicht ausgebildet. Alles total unstrukturiert und die Ergebnisse sind nicht zu gebrachen. Ich würde sogar von Abzocke sprechen. Es wird was ganz anderes versprochen und dann wirklicher Schrott geliefert.

Superside is a solid partner that we can always rely on to get us quality creative. There is a bit of a learning curve to make sure the team understands what is needed on a client by client basis, but then you can establish a rhythm.
