Supertravel have been excellent to deal with in the good times - always helpful, giving options to solving problems. Post Covid they have been exemplary whether with refunds or re-booking.

We booked several trips with Edward during the Covid pandemic, optimistic that we could get somewhere to play golf in sunnier climes. Sadly each trip had to be cancelled due to restrictions imposed at short notice. Situations like this quickly highlight good and bad customer service within companies. Edward and his colleagues excelled. Their communication was excellent and actions prompt. Refunds were very well managed also. As soon as we are permitted to travel we will book with Edward and his team at SuperTravel without hesitation- we’ll done guys.

I have traveled for many years with Supertravel and like many my trip to Mauritius was cancelled last year , however unlike many my consequent refund was handled in an exemplary way by Supertravel.
Options were clearly explained.the personnel were professional and proactive throughout the entire refund process allowing me to feel totally secure and satisfied.

Having used this company for the past 5 years I have nothing but praise for the way they handled the Covid situation with prompt refunds and would not hesitate to use them again for future trips. Mark was always there to help me with any problem and as soon as this pandemic is over will no doubt call on his expertise once again.

Very helpful with the booking arrangements and sorted everything out very efficiently. It's a shame we couldn't go on the trip due to the virus but Supertravel did refund money paid so will certainly consider using them again.

During the first lockdown in 2020 , it became inevitable that my proposed trip to America in July 2020 could not take place. I was loathe to cancel because I would have lost my money . I phoned Supertravel to ask for advice, only to be informed that BA had just cancelled my flight. They immediately got my refund . A happy and speedy outcome . This was to be expected , because I have always received excellent service and would highly recommend them .

We booked our first trip through Supertravel to go to the Canary Islands last March. Mark was really helpful with suggesting hotels, organising the golf and flights and we were looking forward to a great trip. Unfortunately due to the spread of Coronavirus the hotel was closed and flights suspended. Supertravel were excellent in recovering everything we paid, and we will most certainly book a holiday through them again when travel is restored.

My Wife and I were booked for 2 weeks in Portugal last spring. Like everyone else it was 'Covid cancelled'. Mark sorted out our refund, absolutly no problems. We have been using Supertravel for many years and will continue doing so as soon as possible. A great company!

Superb customer service - even though we couldn’t travel this time due to COVID-19 Edward diligently fought to retrieve our refund from the airline for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to re-book with Supertravel.

We have travelled using Supertravel for some years and have always received excellent service particularly from Guy. The 1st year we used them the hotel let us down on certain points but all issues were quickly and well handled. We also had booked for 2020 and received a full refund. We will be using Supertravel again in the future

Edward & Lee kept in touch about our refund and although it took a while, all monies have now been received. A good personal service and we hope once all travel gets back to normal, to book with Supertravel again.

Sadly, this year’s annual trip for eight of us to go to the Algarve at the end of April could not go ahead due to travel restrictions and the Coronavirus. This was due to be the 21st anniversary of our holidays to Portugal so it was even more of a blow when we had to cancel.
Lee Birkett has been my contact for many years now and has always given excellent service and help in arranging our golf trips, however, he and the rest of the Supertravel team went above and beyond the call to arrange the cancellation and provide a full refund in a timely manner, keeping me informed of progress throughout this process.
I will certainly be asking Lee to arrange our next golfing holiday when things become more possible, and would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to book a golfing holiday in the future, the excellent services of Lee and Supertravel.

Supertravel restored my faith in good business. With all the obvious difficulties going on as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and shut down on travel they came up trumps and without question refunded the cost of our holiday in a very timely fashion. We can't wait for the current restrictions to be lifted so that we can re-book our trip with Supertravel. Thanks to both Lee & Ed we really do appreciate your attention and service.

Have received a full refund of my cancelled holiday to Portugal.

The team at Supertravel kept me informed and the refund came through in timescale advised and I have to say under the circumstances this was excellent service in very difficult circumstances.

Yes we all have to have a degree of patience and understanding but also appreciate the huge difficulties faced by an industry that, very much like the country, that has been brought to its knees.

Do not forget the people on the other end of the phone are also going through these difficult times.

I have been working closely with Edward Terre at Supertravel Golf for many years as I organise golf trips for friends and family to overseas locations - Ed has handled my groups ranging from 4 to 20 golfers and without exception has absolutely delivered on every occasion. Supertravel are efficient and well organised and are always happy to help. The attention to detail is excellent and during this time (C-19) when I had a large group heading overseas in March which was cancelled Ed kept me informed every step of the way to achieving refunds for the hotel and golf and a voucher for the flights which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you Ed and Supertravel, its a great team led by very capable and competent individuals who do what they say they will do and I would 100% recommend them.

We are a group of 8 keen golfers and have booked our golf trips with Guy for the last 7 years. Sadly our trip to Italy in May had to be cancelled and Guy has sorted out a total refund with no delay.

Will be straight back to book another trip when we are allowed to travel again.
