The correct items were delivered quickly, had emails every step, confirming order, item dispatched, delivery due.

Second time used this company not had any issues with ordering the window seal I reqd good delivery and cost

Ordered replacement multi lock after reading delivery advice and understood it would be delivered the next day or atleast within 2 days. Tracking number does not work on delivery company website, so had no clue when it was being delivered. Have now received a text from dx express advising it will not be delivered for 5 days. Not really acceptable when my front door is broken and after paying £7.50 for delivery. Received email stating that it has taken them 2 days to even process the order, not same day dispatch as stated on website although I ordered before cut off date.
If had been made aware of this before ordering i would have ordered from somewhere else that has better delivery options.
Will not be ordering from this company again.

‘Truly’ impressed with the service and quality of the soil 4”pipe fittings.
They even stock the very rare 30 degree and 15degree bends. Very handy.

I bought these bubble gasket seals for my older PVC windows and coupled with the wedge gasket seals I previously bought and the high polymer butyl rubber tape I used to reseal around the IGU's my windows have now been restored. Excellent company and excellent prices, will definitely be using again.
