I normally don’t like leaving negative…

I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this situation really needs to be shared.

I placed an inventory order for my business and several items were missing from the shipment. When I reached out, I was told the missing products were “in transit,” but they never arrived. I followed up again asking for tracking information and received no clear answers. Later, I was told the items had been delivered — yet they were not included in the original shipment and never showed up separately either.

It’s embarrassing to run a business when you can’t rely on your suppliers to deliver what was ordered. The customer support has been extremely disappointing, with poor communication and unacceptable responses throughout the process.

I genuinely hope leadership takes this seriously and invests in improving their customer service team. Clear communication and accountability should be the standard, especially when businesses depend on these orders to operate.

SCAMMERS

Absolute scammers.
Didn't send my order, didn't answer any messages, then once my claim against them was nearly through they uploaded someone else's tracking number, whole different address, same city.
Absolute scum then ignored further messages, but took the time to have my negative feedback removed on eBay (what a joke!) then, they only gave any customer interaction once I left a bad Google review.
They couldn't get that one taken down through BS. Finally got a refund after they continued to double down on fake tracking number nonsense. I see they did same crap to someone else here. Wow. Complete trash company.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I was sent the incorrect item and for 2 weeks was emailing them about getting sent a replacement with only 1-2 responses. It was like pulling teeth and they were incredibly unhelpful. I ended up having to go through PayPal to get a refund. Still havent heard back from the company but I'd avoid them if I were you...

Our order two over two weeks to receive…

Our order took over two weeks to receive from one state away. The order was incomplete and what we did receive was wrong. Worst customer service we've ever experienced! Filed a complaint with the BBB as well as disputing the charge with our credit card issuer...

Horrible customer experience

Very, very, very poor customer experience. Asked them specifically before they shipped my order if there was any stamping on the boxes. When I got the boxes, garbage promotional stamping everywhere on the boxes which make them unusable for business purposes. (Also, no mention on the buy pages that there is garbage promo stamping all over all of the boxes.) Customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced either as a customer or business owner. Do not want to take responsibility, blame the customer, and will not provide return postage or waive stocking fees when the mistake is theirs.

I called Supply Hut after no tracking…

I called Supply Hut after no tracking info after 7 days. Neither the first or second rep I spoke to were not willing or able to help me locate my package. Their only solution was to refund me. So, they lost a customer on her first order!

I wanted to check my order status and…

I wanted to check my order status and called their support number on the web page. The agent was very discriminative. Besides that, there was no answer. When you purchase something with them you are all alone. Basically waste of time and money, and top of that a bad treatment.

They do not care about satisfying customers

Their items are reasonably priced and seems to be of a good value. That is, however, if you receive all the items you ordered. I contacted customer support because an item was missing from my order but they kept replying that it was in transit after a month and a half! They refuse to resolve the issue.
Buyer beware - if you have an issue, customer support will not support you.

Scam - Label created items not shipped

We ordered about 1000 boxes from this company and it's unclear if it's a scam or not but it's been over two weeks that we placed the two separate orders. They created a label almost immediately after we placed the order but never actually shipped it. The same is true for both orders with different Fedex tracking numbers. We contacted them several times and they only reply back with an empty message that contains the tracking number. No "sorry there's a delay but you will receive it x day". At this point we are filing claims to get our money back because we can't get a human to respond to our concern and after over two weeks they didn't actually ship any of the products we paid for when they were supposed to have been delivered by now. Very fishy.
