If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a refrigerator drawer part replacement and it ended up not working with the model I have. I contacted customer service about a shipping label to send it back (the box it came in was HUGE). I got no response for over 2 weeks via email - I had to call directly. Over the phone they informed me that they do not provide shipping/return labels and the customer has to cover that. This was NOT MENTIONED when I purchased the part. The part was originally $80, I had to pay over $20 in shipping to GET the part, and then ended up having to pay $60 in shipping to send it back. I've tried contacting their customer service department 3 times and have not heard back. The absolutely worst purchase I've made and the worst customer service I've dealt with. I have told everyone I know - NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER.

I also have not received my order i placed on the Feb 17th or any communication from this company about a tracking # or refund notice i will need to dispute this charge to get my money back & I also had to reorder from another company terrible customer service if I could leave no stars i would beware of this company & web site

I did actually receive my order, the tracking number supplied was said to have been UPS, turns out it was fedex. That is why the tracking info was not valid. Still, the contact us link on the webpage is invalid, phone number said closed after several attempts while it is 12:30-1pm on a Wednesday.

The website for SupplyZ is terrible and their customer service is even worse, almost non-existent.
When you submit an order instead of saying "order accepted", the page says "your cart is empty", when in reality they accepted the order. You think your cart is empty, so you put the product back in your cart and the same thing happens. Now, your order is duplicated.
I ordered late at night and emailed them to cancel the order. No response for two days. Tried calling their 888.810.0005 customer service. No one ever answers the phone. Leave a voicemail, and no returns your phone call. I have been emailing them (Blanca Blanca) for a month now trying to get the credit refunded to my credit card. The responses are extremely slow and each time they want a different piece of information. I think they assume they will wear you down so you stop trying to get your refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This site gives you no way to cancel an order once placed it is terrible and causing a headache. It double charged me on two different bills. They charged me over 1000 dollars with no way to cancel the order buyer beware this site feels very fraudulent.
