An amazing pet shop with really friendly staff :) they're all really helpful and sell almost everything you need to start up. I regularly come here for supplies and have bought two of my budgies from here and two fish as well, i've not had any issues :)

This pet shop is absolutely brilliant. The staff are so helpful, informative and fun to engage with. Even the manager steps in to have a chat with you. Giving great advice every single time. Pets r us and pets world need to take some tips from this establishment. I can see why they have repeated customers. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic! Value for money as well. Free parking round the back for 30mins as well which is a plus😀

My granddaughter had a bird brought for her for Christmas and a few weeks later its dead.
Granddaughter heartbroken.
Got in touch with the business and explained what happened.
To say they had no compassion would be an understatement.
"It's not my fault your bird died probably had a heart attack"
And I wont be refunding or replacing the bird,if it happened after 1 week then maybe I would but not after a month.
Guess I'm saying not a great response from the business not much of the customer service spirit.
I would avoid this business as they don't care about their customers once they have your money.

Well I'm not sure why this store only has 3 stars. This store is well stocked for most animals and what is not stocked you have friendly knowledgeable staff ready to help and assist you. I have had great customer service here help by knowledgeable people and what I couldn't get anywhere else they assisted me in ordering it.

went to buy some fish right away a guy was in our face, seems to take shine to young girls, very intrusive the fish was over priced one has died for no reason 5/6 are doing great, that was the last i will visit this pet store, also bought a cat toy got home was meant to make a noise, paid £5 for a silly little stuffed fish for the cat, same thing you win at at does egg machined for £1, the guy who sold me this fish was quick to put them in a brown bag and when i asked to view them he got a bit rude saying is there a problem, i replied does there need to be a problem, keep an eye on your your daughters, very wierd and creepy.
