The Supreme Heating an Air Conditioning team installed a air-to-water heat pump system approximately three years ago. The level of service is nothing short of amazing from Aleks, Angela and the rest of the team - the installation went smoothly, they were very responsive and communicative, and take pride in their work.

For follow up queries and maintenence, the service continues to be excellent, with the team being very responsive in folow up checks, services and explaining the ins and outs of the system.

Prior to speaking with Supreme Heating, we had approached a number of companies for air conditioning installation quotes. Every one of them tried to upsell us with more powerful and more expensive units, or suggested that we required extra interventions such as scaffolding etc to facilitate the work. Quite quickly the project was becoming prohibitively expensive.

To say we were reassured by Aleks is an underestimate. On site survey he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very clear about what our space required and what was necessary to do it. We had a more complex project (loft space, back access through house), but Aleks was quietly assured that they would be able to manage it without issue. The team provided an extremely reasonable quote for a Daikin Stylish with no hidden extras or “upselling”!

There was a short wait before the project could start but given they are a small team this was not unexpected. Aleks and his colleagues approached the entire installation with an extremely high level of professionalism, were clean, tidy, and conscientious, and provided an extremely clever solution to our project which meant pipes/cables were tidy/covered.

The project unfortunately had some unavoidable delays, but Angela and Aleks were communicative throughout, and this delay was also reflected in the final invoice. This had not been requested by me, and I think therefore shows the level of integrity in Supreme Heating’s operation.

We are very pleased with our new air con which will come in to its own during the summer months. A huge thank you again!

Supreme Heating installed our heat pump and the results have been excellent. The house is noticeably warmer, and the temperature is now much more consistent across the upper floors. Unlike before, when the boiler left the upstairs far hotter than the rest of the house.

Their technical knowledge was clear throughout, and the advice on system size, radiator upgrades and placement options was very helpful. The installation required extra work with pipe routes and paving, but they guided us through it and offered useful support and contacts.

Arranging visits worked great, I as I was able call with Aleks directly. Aleks was happy to confirm dates by phone and we kept each other informed about changes by phone as well.

Very experienced heat pump installers. Supreme provided clear information every step of the way and heat pump has performed very well since day 1.

I have used Supreme Heating for over two years now. They first installed my heat pump, then I used them to extend the system to work on different circuits for newly installed underfloor heating and radiators. They also perform annual service and maintenance.
Alex and his team are highly professional: everything just works. Any emerging issues (e.g. I had some water leaking from an over-pressure cylinder) are dealt with quickly. The installed system works very well.
Importantly - the team are courteous and polite and have always left the premises very clean. They arrive on time and are very responsive to queries (e.g. when I had questions on how to change the configuration of my heat pump to give priority to heating).
Alex's quotes are accurate and very competitive, the invoices are comprehensive and clear.
Overall: reliable trade company who are easy to deal with.
