Not the best experience for my 7 year…
Not the best experience for my 7 year old. Wouldn't particularly recommend if you need support in your first steps as learning as a child. Environment in other ski school was much better and adapted to first time learners. Aimed more at adults for sure. My Son didn't go back and we spent a lot of money and I had to teach him myself. Real shame.
Booking was great, and communication was great, but overall experience poor

We understand how important the right environment and teaching approach are for young, first-time learners. We’d like to clarify that your booking was for private lessons, which are typically tailored one-to-one and can be adapted to suit individual needs and pace. That said, it’s sounds we didn’t get that balance right for your son, and we regret that he didn’t feel comfortable continuing.
If this had been raised with us at the time, we would have been very happy to speak directly with the instructor and ask them to adapt the lessons to focus more on your son and his specific needs. We always aim to be flexible and responsive in order to ensure each individual gets the most out of their lessons with us.
We are happy to hear that you found the booking process and communication positive. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our instructor team as we continue to improve how we support our clients.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hopefully this hasn't put you off booking with us in the future.

Our instructor was very knowledgable & gave us advice about the slopes for the whole family not just the children he taught. The progression within a few hours was amazing. Instructor was flexible to change times and carry over part of a lesson in the hope of better weather. Would def book with supreme again.

Val Thorens - Giordano
We had Giordano for a 4 hour snowboarding lesson in Val Thorens. He was very patient and calm. It was our first time trying snowboarding and he gave very clear instruction and made us feel at ease. My brother is Deaf so he spoke clearly and faced him, using gesture and repeating himself when my brother didn’t understand. I would 100% recommend having a lesson with him.

Really enjoyed our lessons with Giulio
We thoroughly enjoyed our lessons with our instructor Giulio. He helped me overcome my fear after having had a bad fall two years ago and helped my son to improve his skills. I would ski with Giulio again if we go back to Tignes.

Best In Class!
My sons, Lochy and Guy, enjoyed a week's ski lessons in Val Thoren last month with Edoardo and Armandogori respectively. Though clearly Italian, both instructors' spoken English was impeccable, they were incredibly engaging, cheerful and thoroughly professional. They took excellent care of my boys and seriously improved the quality of their skiing over just 5 days. The most impressive thing was the pre-lesson coms on WhatsApp and on bad weather days. They also passed on photos and videos from the lessons which we've never had before. The service was faultless and I would say this is the first time the boys actually looked forward to their lessons each day. Fun was the primary goal. A huge thanks to Armando and Edo, they were the making of a fabulous holiday.
