Outstanding service from Dena on the…

Outstanding service from Dena on the helpline after I had problems trying to submit a replacement part form. She has an excellent telephone manner and was patient as I explained my problem. I had a reply within 24 hours which is brilliant.
I have been pleased with the Athena Table set which is perfect for my needs and very comfortable.
Thank you Supremo I will be recommending you to my family and friends.

Really disappointed in the quality of…

Really disappointed in the quality of what was a very expensive set. Corner settee, two benches, table with gas centre piece and cover all from supremo. The cover doesn't hold up to even a light drizzle. The cushions soak up the water and get awful white stains on. The cushions are too big to have to have to run out and put away when there's a light shower. The cushions are mostly kept in the shed but British summers are ever changing and a cover that at least protects from a light shower isn't too much to ask fir a set thelat cost over £3000. We barely get to enjoy it as we are too afraid of ruining it unless we are guaranteed no rain at all. On top of this the straps to hold the cover on have ripped off, so light winds are also an issue. The table, with gas centre piece, is constantly dripping wet and the centre piece full of water
It is always covered and we can't put the whole thing in the shed!!

Excellent customer service from Sharon…

Excellent customer service from Sharon when I was trying to purchase replacement glass for my garden table. Nothing was too much trouble & Sharon was always prompt with keeping me up dated. The men that called to collect damaged unwanted glass for table were also amazing they swept all glass & removed from my driveway so helpful.

I ordered an egg chair in June and the…

I ordered an egg chair in June and the poles that hold the chair are misaligned. I contacted Supremo and was told the parts had to come from the factory. Now in August I am still awaiting an update from the factory. You should have really sent out a whole new chair for the 650 pounds I have paid. I am still waiting for these poles, hopefully this gets sorted before the end of summer. Not a good experience, customer services are slow to respond.

Apauling customer service

Apauling customer service. 2 years ago we purchased full set of furniture including ex large parasol. The parasol has rarely been used yet the cord has frayed making it impossible to open and close it easily. Rang company to enquire about purchasing a new cord and requested fitting instructions. The person we spoke to could not have been less interested. As requested we forwarded photo to enable them to identify the parasol. We received no response. We followed this up with an email and a month later are still awaiting a response.

Glass table top shattered in windy…

Glass table top shattered in windy weather ( left the parasol up overnight !!!! )
Replacement ordered BUT the staff, in particular Rachel, could not have been more supportive and helpful. She talked me through the procedure of uploading photos and receipts. Nothing but praise for customer services at Supremo. Brilliant. I await delivery !

We bought an 8 seater dining set from a local garden centre and in high winds the glass smashed. I sent an email to Supremo regarding ordering replacement glass on 14th June and on 12th July they have still not responded.
I did ring them and was told unhelpfully that my request was not a priority for them as they are busy with garden centres and warranty claims. I was told that I would get a response I just have had to wait. I was also told that even if I do order replacement glass and it could take months to be delivered.
Appalling customer service.

Fraying Supremo Barcelons corner…

We bought a Supremo Barcelons corner unit 4 years ago from Burleydam Nurseries. The furniture has been looked after and put away each October until Easter. Unfortunately the large part of the corner unit decided to unravel in one corner and now 3 other parts of it. The smaller settee is perfect. Asxa result we brought this to the attention of the seller and manufacturer. Basically Supremo, despite their claim on their website that each piece of furniture is made to the highest standard completely ignored our claim stating the furniture only had a 2 year guarantee. This isn't declared anywhere.
Just a warning if you want to purchase a Barcelona corner unit.

Replacement Feet

Safety issue: Exploding Glass

Spent a lot of money on an 8 seat bar-height glass and aluminium table with inbuilt fire pit. Two weeks ago, after having used it for just the FOURTH time, we had gone to bed for about an hour when there was an almighty crash. Turns out the glass had decided to spontaneously explode. Incredibly sharp glass absolutely everywhere on the patio. Thankfully, this happened after our friends had left with small children who would no doubt at all ended up in hospital with glass shards embedded. As i mentioned, this had been used just a handful of times. Contacted the supplier and shared the ring camera footage giving a timeline of people there, people gone and then all the lights coming on after the explosion when we were all on hight alert, but they gave a less than satisfactory response, where they passed on the message that Supremo stated " the glass isn't covered by the warranty" (The table has been with us 8 months, in a sheltered area covered up). Supremo themselves gave an option of "purchasing a replacement glass top", and offered no solution. Not acceptable when you've spent decent cash with them. Next steps for us is Trading Standards on the basis that the item is not fit for the purpose intended and presents a risk to safety. We have kept all the glass so that this can be looked at - although this will be quite the task. Curiously, I note that they do not have this particular product on the website anymore. Suggest avoiding. Update following reply: the suggestion that the glass breaks into small blue pieces is absurd. We have saved all the glass so you are more than welcome to grab a handful of it and see if it’s blunt. And the remark about significant change in temperature or it being struck is frankly absurd. Unless we have a heavy handed poltergeist living in the pond. Which is doubtful; but here was no one near the table. I checked for meteors in case this was the culprit but didn’t find any. And regarding temperature, I hardly think that a drop of approx 9’C constitutes as a significant drop.

Our garden furniture is manufactured, where applicable, with toughened, tempered safety glass, which will break into small pieces rather than large shards to ensure no harm will be caused. Tempered safety glass is designed to break into small, blunt pieces rather than sharp shards to reduce injury risk. Tempering the glass puts it into a state of balanced internal stress. When the glass is compromised or struck, these stresses can fracture into many small, dull fragments rather than large, dangerous shards. This characteristic enhances safety.

The breakage could have been caused by various factors, such as an object landing on the glass or a significant change in temperature. For this reason, we cannot cover glass in our warranty, as these potential damages are out of our control.

Upon looking into your communication with our team, I can see that we offered you a discount towards a replacement as an act of goodwill. However, you declined this offer at the time.

This set is no longer on our website because we have new, updated furniture ranges to advertise for 2025. However, this set is still available to purchase from our stockists, and as previously mentioned, this glass used on your Supremo product is used across all ranges.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Excellent customer service

Thank you to Sharon Bailey on her excellent customer service and to Logic Distribution for the delivery. I ordered a new table top, after it was broken in a storm, together with parts for a parasol. Sharon was able to identify the table top that I needed and it arrived today, very well packed. The smaller items had already arrived by post. The customer service was excellent.

Had a small issue with a part from a patio table bought over 5 years ago and the company were excellent with there after sales service. All sorted out within 5 days and replacement part sent out with just a small charge for P&P. Special thanks to Sharron who sorted me out. Highly Recommended
