In late 2018, founders Janet and Carlos Cordova, and their kids went on their long planned family trip to South America. They're great tasting products, service was pretty quick for an online order.

I love the products, reminds me of my origins. This year unfortunately part of our order was damaged in transit but as soon as I got in contact with Sur Direct they apologised ( not their fault) and sent a replacement on fast dispatch. Sur Direct customer service is outstanding and prompt. Thank you guys.
