Recently had an issue which required an option not provided by Surecart. Nodari went above and beyond to make sure he solved my problem with a work around. Upto that point I had been given the incorrect information so I wanted to give Nodari credit where credits due.

SureCart is the best checkout plugin for wordpress that I have used... setting up products is easy and it has helped increase my monthly sales.

Finally we have an alternative to Woocommerce ! And this one is really REALLY great !
We use Surecart since April 2023 and we are very happy with it..we install this on all our clients websites where a selling system is needed (for services, courses, products,...).
Easy to use, easy to merge if we want to move to another website (Woocommerce is awful for that !), many possibilities and integrations.
And, cherry on the cake, the support is amazing and efficient ! And Adam's tutorials are great.

We are so happy to have moved to Surecart and to have placed our trust in them !

In a word: Ah-mazing! I've been a fan of SureCart for over a year now and recently upgraded to the Pro Lifetime Plan because of the affiliate program that comes with it. Yes, you read that correctly "comes with it"! This product can replace an affiliate plugin and even a digital download plugin, plus countless others when you get through all the various options it offers. Customer Service is outstanding. If I were WooCommerce, I'd be laying awake at night worrying about how long until the rest of the world finds out how ah-mazing this product is.

Because Surecart provides a plethora of guides to help you from start to finish, the learning curve is more than manageable for people new to the plugin — like us.

Even better, the customer service is what recently captured our attention.

Upon migrating to a new hosting platform, the Surecart plugin experienced an error in the process, so customer service was contacted to review the error.

In just a few minutes, an email notification arrived with Surecart providing steps to resolve the issue. It worked successfully.

I inherited SureCart in a site which was cheaply and poorly built – except for the choice of the SureCart plugin. From my use of it so far, SureCart appears to be a viable alternative to WooCommerce. Our site doesn't have a complex range of items, but many others don't either, making its ease of setup really valuable. What impressed me is the fabulous email support. Any plugin backed by such prompt, articulate, knowledgeable and friendly communications really is a relief to use. I'm glad I accidentally came across SureCart and I hope it continues to be maintained and developed into the future.

I had a problem that I couldn't find a solution to so I emailed the support team and had a fix within hours which is not bad seeing I'm on the other side of the world to them. We use the free version and it's more than capable for our needs for our not for profit organization.

Am new to SureCart, I like that its not slowing down my site like woocommerce, I would have given it 5 stars but the product images are static, customers can't click and enlarge them, SureCart Devs please add this feature, it will only take a few hours to write.
