For the second time trustpilot got here before my purchase, no sign of goods so don’t expect a positive response from me, Surelife or not Surelife that is the question, get your games together for gods sake and give that useless courier firm HERMIS a push up the backend please

Hi David thank you for ordering again. Yes you are absolutely correct, the international delivery times are way too long at the moment. Unfortunately this is out of our hands as we use a third party courier and do state the delay on the order confirmation email.
We use Hermes as they are the most competitive on price. We have considered other couriers who offer quicker delivery times but charge 2-3 times as much. We don't think our international customers would be happy to cover this extra cost.
We have just checked and your order is currently with the courier. Hopefully it won't take as long as last time. Also on your next order we promise to throw in a little something extra for you for the inconvenience 😊

This is the second lot of three 20% cbd oils that I’ve bought for my mams pain management; she snapped a tendon in her shoulder and had no use of her right arm, also arthritis in her hip. The benefits to taking the oils daily (maximum dosage) has been absolutely marvellous. In a few short months she has gone from being in constant agony and loosing her will to live, to feeling more her old self, regaining limited movement to her arm (no longer hangs useless at her side) and she is now enjoying life more again and managing low pain levels.
I’m so glad that we discovered these oils, the lads that created this company should be sainted or knighted or something. Seriously recommend this product, five stars.

Thanks David. Yes unfortunately we can't guarantee any results or make any medicinal claims as per current regulations. Maybe in the future this will change if CBD ever becomes a government recognised alternative.
