Clear and concise job description information to share on the initial call about an open position is critical. That information can quickly be a yes or no in terms of your interest. The recruiter I worked with did a great job aligning my skills with the needs of the employer. The hourly pay rate was very good as well, and I'm currently on a 1-year contract. I started the 8th of January this year. I have no complaints! Surety Systems is a great company to work for and I would definitely recommend it!

I have been fortunate to work with Surety for over 15 years. They are professional and honest and always follow up frequently with updates. I feel like they always have my back with the client and stay on top of my project to give me a heads up when the contract is close to ending. I would highly recommend working with this group, they are great group to deal with.

Surety is one of the best agencies I've used. I've been a contractor for a handful of years and Surety makes being an independent contractor extremely easy. The billing / invoice process is very easy and they have a good relationship with their end clients.

I have been working through Surety Systems for 3 years now as a JD Edwards Distribution Consultant. And frankly, I cannot imagine being anywhere else. Surety does a great job marketing Consultant skills and ensuring that the Consultant has the forum to succeed with the client. They do not micro manage and allow for the consultant to exercise their skill set. I have loved working with the Surety team in the Sales cycle as well as they collaborate with you to ensure that there is a good fit for both the client and the consultant. I've worked as a Senior Kronos Consultant with Surety for over 8 years now. They care about their Consultants. They pay timely and offer very competitive rates. They also care about their customers and don't require you mold to a certain implementation model, which allows more flexibility. It allows the customers needs to be put first, which is as it should be.

I have been working as an Infor/Lawson Technical Consultant for almost 25 years and have worked with Surety for the last 12 years. Working in this business, I have spoke to hundreds of recruiters but there are only a few that I know I will continue to hear from and that will work hard to find the right contract for my skillset. They are more than just a staffing agency that sends out a paycheck though. They also have enough knowledge about your contract to jump in and get involved from a project standpoint if necessary which ensures success for all involved parties. Additionally, I have noticed that they have very little turnover so you can build relationships with their recruiters and know that they will most likely still be there when your contract ends and will work hard to find your next contract. Lastly, they have always paid on-time which could be the most important concern from a consult's perspective.

I have been an independent Infor/Lawson consultant for close to 20 years and have worked for many consulting firms during that time. I had heard of Surety Systems for several years, but the timing never worked out until finally, in April of 2020, I was able to accept an open position. I have to say Surety is one of the best consulting firms to work for as an independent consultant. They pay weekly, and have never missed a payment. The time keeping process is very easy, and the back office team is very helpful if you ever need anything. I have been able to stay as busy as I would like for the past three years. Overall, it's the best experience I've had as an independent consultant. I'm happy to say I'm still working for them! :)

I have worked several times now with Surety as a Sr Workday Analyst and they are one of the best groups I have ever worked with. They are very transparent in their process and easy to talk with about anything. They also get me the best paying roles consistently. I’ve worked with Surety as a salesforce architect over the past 5+ years. Sometimes being a freelance consultant feel transactional and siloed but the team at Surety provide you support no different than any other employee. They have strong support in place for project escalation and if you do a great job you will get a lot of work here.

The clients I have worked with were always a delight and expectations of my work were inline with the project description.
