We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, however we would like to clarify that the annual servicing requirement does not apply to all of our mobility scooter policies.
This condition is specific to our optional Extended Warranty add-on, and is outlined within the policy acceptance criteria, which all customers are required to read and agree to before their policy is taken out. We would also like to note that this is an industry standard requirement for mobility scooter warranty cover.
