Consiglio a tutti!!!! Ho comprato una tavola da surf, in 7 gg è arrivata in Italia, imballaggio perfetto, nn arrivandomi aggiornamenti della consegna, ho contattato per mail, dove sono sempre stato accolto gentilmente ed accuratamente da Lennie, che addirittura mi ha restituito dei soldi indietro per una piccola scalfitura che ho trovato sulla punta, anche se il mio intento era farlo presente solamente perché nn sicccedesse più in futuro, loro sono stati ancora più rapidi nel rimborsarmi, confermando la loro grande professionalità, serietà’ e cura nel cliente. Negozio consigliatissimo!!!

Ich habe einen gebrauchten Kite gekauft und von der beratung bis zur Liefreung bin ich extrem positiv begeistert. Die Mitarbeiter sind mega nett und der versand war sehr schnell. Der Kite ist in genau dem beschriebenen Zustand und ich habe sogar noch 6 Monate Garantie. Ich würde hier wieder bestellen.

Tavola comprata alla black week in offerta, dopo un mese di continui scambi di e-mail si accorgono che la compagnia di spedizioni non mi invierà la tavola, non risolvono cercando un’altra compagnia ma mi restituiscono i soldi. Rimango senza tavola, capiscono il problema solo dopo un mese, non cercano soluzioni alternative per inviarmi il prodotto. Sicuramente una scelta sbagliata per sfruttare i vantaggi della black week.
Direi molto inaffidabili.

Auch als Nicht-Surfer kompetent beraten worden und fairen Preis bezahlt. Ware ist noch am selben Tag versandt worden und am nächsten Tag angekommen. Perfekt!

I recently bought a windsurf board from Surf Pirates, and although the board arrived damaged due to the carrier’s negligence, the Surf Pirates team handled the situation exceptionally well. Their customer service was outstanding — they were always kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me resolve the issue.

The refund was processed quickly and without any complications. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and support in online shopping.

Highly recommended! I will definitely buy from them again.

The shop has a very good selection and fair prices, but what really satisfied me was the level of service and assistance for shipping, very good!

Second time i ordered a demo wing in 'sales'. Product never shipped. Sending a mail with status request. 0 answer. After 3 weeks, i get a refund on my account which i accidentilly saw. Without mail, contact or explanation. Unacceptable customer service.

They advertise products as if they were in stock, but in reality they don’t even have them. On the website it says “delivery in 2 days,” yet I am still waiting after 2 weeks – and part of my order has not even arrived.

To make things worse, they ship with GLS instead of the reliable couriers (DHL or UPS) promised in their Terms and Conditions. GLS is the worst possible choice, and the result is endless delays and zero reliability.

Selling items they don’t actually hold in stock, promising fast delivery that turns into weeks of waiting, and hiding behind excuses is nothing short of dishonest. A company of this name and reputation should not treat its customers this way.

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering here.

I had two issues with a wing I bought on their site (both due to manufacturer defects). Each time, they were quick and helpful. They always responded within one working day and immediately followed up with the manufacturer.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. It's rare to find such good customer service these day, especially online!

Bought a Duotone kite from Surfpirates.de and had a great experience. They matched a competitor’s price with a generous discount and offered excellent support throughout the process. Super responsive, helpful, and professional team!

Shipping was incredibly fast – less than a week from order to delivery in Ireland.

Nun sind 11 Tage um und immer noch keine Rücküberweisung der Retoure , Mittwoch läuft die gesetzliche Pflicht ab, bin gespannt ob die wenugstens eingehalten wird .

Bin seit mehr als 5 Jahren Kundin und fühle mich dort auch so wahrgenommen. Habe in dieser Zeit mittlerweile mein drittes Surfboard (Neuware) dort gekauft. Ware war immer originalverpackt, vollständig und in einem Top-Zustand. Wurde auf Wunsch immer vor Ort ausgepackt, erst dann Übernahme. Alles Top.
Das Team war bisher immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Anfragen werden zügig bearbeitet/beantwortet. Neuer Shop in Flensburg ist riesig und die Parkmöglichkeiten deutlich verbessert. Gerne wieder.
