Fake website. Never sent my order

Total fraud site. Never shipped, never responded to email asking to cancel and refund order.

Ich habe zwei Smiski-Zahnbürstenhalter bestellt. Nach über einer Woche Wartezeit hatte ich immer noch keine Versandbestätigung. Ich wurde etwas nervös und hab dem Kundenservice geschrieben, aber keine Antwort bekommen. Ein paar Tage später tauchte eine neue Sendung in meiner DHL-App auf – von AliExpress. Ich befürchtete das Schlimmste, ABER ich bekam tatsächlich zwei originale Smiski-Zahnbürstenhalter zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Also alles gut gegangen am Ende, aber man muss mit Verzögerungen rechnen und kann keine Antwort vom Kundenservice erwarten.

I paid €72.90 for the Labubu figure and I still haven’t received it! You pretend the parcel was shipped, but when I track it, it clearly says: “Shipment cancelled”! I’ve contacted you three times and received NO reply! This is absolutely unacceptable. You are clearly scamming your customers and have no regard for your reputation. I order internationally all the time, and this is the first time I’ve been deceived in such a blatant way. I sincerely hope my money serves you well — since it seems that’s all you care about.

Nach 3 Wochen warten habe ich eine email bekommen, dass bei meiner Bestellung eine lieferausnahme vorliegt und dass ich den Spediteur so schnell wie möglich kontaktieren soll. Habe dann eine email an Service geschickt und bekam keine Antwort. Nach einer Woche bekam ich eine email von DHL, dass meine AliExpress Bestellung auf dem Weg ist- das waren die labubus, die ich bestellt habe..

Fake and scam site! Avoid

I ordered an original Labubu, but what I received is a fake one. The code on the box checks out as original, but the code on the Labubu figure itself comes up as fake and redirects to the (popmerat) website. On top of that, the Labubu I received is clearly version V1, not V3 as stated on the website :) I contacted customer support, but unfortunately, my messages have been completely ignored. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this website.

They have almost all the blind boxes, and they ship all across Europe — it’s great!
