Everything was ok except the delivery…
Everything was ok except the delivery man parked the van approximately 5 minutes from the shop and he declined to bring the tiles inside the shops and reverse the van and parked next to shop front door hence we had to had to bring the stuff inside the shop which is inconvenient as we’ve paid £15.00 for delivery

We are really sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the delivery service you received. Following on from my call with you earlier, i have raised the issue with the company who delivered these on our behalf who are looking into the matter.
Although as with most materials, delivery would have been expected to be dropped curb side, i am sorry for the inconvenienced caused by you having to go and collect the items yourself from down the road. I am pleased this experience hasn't put you off from returning to us again to order further materials. I have asked the company to deliver as close as practically possible to your premises on the next delivery.
We really appreciate your continued custom and look forward to helping you again in the future.

One of the best customer experiences…
One of the best customer experiences I've received from a supplier (both commercial and domestic).
Competitive prices and a huge variety of stock available. Delivery was also next day for 120 boxes which was faster than other supplies we had been provided quotes by.
A special thank you to Lisa who was incredibly helpful going above and beyond providing various options of tiles for our specific needs.

Best service I’ve received from any company as far back as I can remember!!
Not sure the name of the lady I spoke to but she got me out of a jam and located the exact calling tiles I needed for an emergency job. Honestly don’t remeber the last time I’ve received such great service from a company. I’ll be sure to bring all my business Surrey ceiling in the future. Thank you lady for such great service.

Great service, if a little un-welcoming to walk-ins
I wanted to find a local supplier, instead of purchasing online. Surrey Ceiling Tiles came up on a search and their website offer a walk-in service. The postcode took me to the housing estate behind their warehouse and when I did find them, it wasn't clear where I should park and where I should go. There was no obvious trade counter, just a service door in to a warehouse. The door bell didn't work so I stood looking at the CCTV camera hoping that someone would come down and greet me. After some minutes, I made my way up stairs to be greeted by a staff member who said "you're not coming in are you?". I explained what I needed and they were very helpful while I stood on the landing. They issued an invoice by email that could be paid online. All in all, a great company to deal with, if a little unwelcoming for walk-ins. Perhaps better directions, some signage, a functional door bell and a trade counter to welcome passing trade who would rather not deal with online companies?

We are truly sorry if we made you feel unwelcome in the first instance and for the issues we were having with our doorbell the day you visited. Although we do offer a local collection service upon ordering through our website, we will always contact the customer to arrange the best time for collection, we don't tend to advertise a walk-in service as this isn't something we can always accommodate due to stock being held in multiple locations. We will of course, always try our best to help where we can at short notice with products we stock at our HQ near Billingshurst (West Sussex).
We appreciate your feedback on the issues you had finding our warehouse and have since put the wheels in motion to improve visibility of where we are. Unfortunately we cannot amend the Google location on Google maps as this is something we have already looked into.
