Surrey Gas recently installed a new boiler and radiator system in my home, and Im genuinely delighted with the results. Mike, the engineer, was brilliant-friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. He work efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure I understand how the new system works before finishing up.
The whole process was smooth and
stress free and the quality and the quality of the installation is top-notch. Im already noticing the difference in warmth and efficiency.

Friendly service throughout from first contact. George assessed our requirements for a new boiler and answered all of our questions. Lauren kept us in touch with developments.
On the day, Michael arrived on time and worked speedily and efficiently to instal the new boiler. This was a loft installation and so not the easiest of jobs. Michael kept us informed throughout the process.

Lauren and George made us feel looked after from the beginning. Our job was not your usual one. We were installing an additional boiler into our extension whilst needing to keep the existing boiler running the rest of the house. We needed to connect a FlexiGas pipe and we needed to commission a new UFH system. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the price was incredibly fair value, which can’t be said for lots of companies operating in this space. Thank you, Lauren and George!

I contact Surrey Gas to replace our old boiler. I spoke with Lauren on the phone and was able to send photos of my boiler through WhatsApp for the engineer to survey. They sent a quote quickly and were responsive to questions. The work was booked in fairly quickly and completed and billed for as expected. The engineer was friendly and worked very cleanly in our home with my little kids running about. We are very satisfied and would recommend Surrey Gas to anyone.

Surrey Gas gave me a quote for a new boiler the quote was very reasonable so booked them. They gave me a date for the boiler Paul came on time and fitted it, it only took the morning. Paul was friendly and got straight on with the work and left everything clean and tidy. Yes I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of using them. Very pleased.

Efficient, honest and excellent quality of work

Contacted Surrey Gas through their website to get a survey done for a new boiler. They came the next working day and were able to confirm a quote and an installation date quickly. They came early for the install and completed the work quicker than the estimated time, giving us a new more efficient boiler with a ten year warrantee and most importantly hot water and heating!

Really happy with the service from everyone involved at Surrey gas. I had a new boiler installed and the process couldn’t have been easier, they’re prompt, on time and efficient.

I wasn’t home on the day, but my wife mentioned how friendly and courteous the engineer was. He was happy to just crack on and get the new boiler fitted for us as weve been struggling with cold baths for months! Once I got home I was happy to see a nice and neat job. Thanks again!

Very friendly staff who worked quickly and efficiently to replace our boiler. George came around to evaluate the job and provided a fixed price quotation and confirmed the boiler and new flu could be easily completed with one day, which it was. He was also able to book the job in the following week. Extremely efficient service.
