Ordered a month ago, still no delivery. No updates. Phoned to be told they've been 'busy'. Useless.

£7.20 for delivery for one item.
Still waiting over 3 weeks since order and the order is still 'processing'.
Calls never answered!!

The delivery costs are absolutely extortionate! Needed 1 school top (already overpriced for the mediocre quality) and they wanted £7.20 for delivery😱

Clubbed together with some other mums to get free delivery (over £50) expecting that delivery was going to be much speedier - it’s been over 2 weeks and it’s not even been dispatched!

I have never come across such hefty prices anywhere, due to my club commitment, I have to buy polo shirt. 38 pounds for a polo cricket shirt, not a great quality and value for money. Also, 7.2 pounds for delivery, and there is no other is outrageous. I can't give any lower ratings.

This is an awful company to have to deal with for school sports uniform. To charge £7.20 to deliver one small item within the UK is outrageous.The items also dont come named unless you want to pay for personalisation (initials that are done with vinyl and peel off after a few washes). Overpriced, not good value for money and have the cheek to deliberately rip people off with postage.
As a parent body we are campaigning for our school to stop using this company.

Due to their contracts with my university I had to use this supplier to buy my sports society's committee hoodies. I ordered 12. 8 of them were wrong. When trying to get in touch with them about this issue, it took them at least 3 days to respond. I am now sending the incorrect hoodies back to them in the hopes that they can fix them.

To make matters worse, because of their contract with my university, any kit that I order for my sports club that has our university logo on it must be from this supplier. Why on earth would I order 30+ competitive kits from a supplier that made such a big mistake on my initial order. They have also discontinued the hoodie that we always get for our club members without providing any appropriate alternatives. The club were not consulted with before this happened. I'm extremely unlikely to order from this supplier again and am looking for different ways for my sports teams to have kits.

For some unknown reason our son’s school are forcing us to use this awful supplier rather than going to the shop near the school where clothes could easily be tried on and bought. Surridge have had ongoing supply issues and rarely have things in stock when needed, due to this we frequently have to place multiple orders to get the whole kit over a series of months. for each separate order we have to pay a new postage charge - so most recently £6 delivery on an £8 pair of socks which is a complete rip-off. it can hardly come as a surprise each august that new stock will be needed.

Faulty goods and when reordered sent to old address, even thought I checked and they promised would be sent to school. It wasn’t. A complete joke of a company

Ordered from here three times now for two different school sports kits and swimwear. Orders have been processed quickly on all occasions with a fast delivery time. Seemless exchange process - I ordered the wrong kit! Communication via the WhatsApp chat option useful, again timely response. The staff were really pleasant and helpful when I visited the store for the exchange.

I ordered my sons pe kit from surridge in August & 2mths later its still not arrived, its showing as 'not yet shipped' on my order details. & by reading the reviews I'm not the only one with this problem.
I've messaged customer service but not yet had a reply! They've happily took my money out though. Terrible service!!!

Seems I am not the only one to experience this appallingly bad company.

This company are rubbish they really are. After chasing for my non delivery, apparently the package got lost in transit despite the order still showing as "processing" !

I was then promised and assured a new set would be with me 72 hours later. Seven days have now gone and no delivery, and surprise surprise order is still showing as "processing".

Avoid

Poor quality, logos peel off, size guides are useless and you can't return items, delivery charge is £6!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely joke of a company, zero customer care or communication. Size guides are useless as most of school Pe kit is in unisex sizes (which there's no size guide for) waited 2 weeks after ordering to be sent the wrong logo on my items, No apology at all. Had to send back the items even though I was isolating for them to remove the wrong logo and put the correct one on. And to think I hav e no choice but to buy from these clowns again when I need more Pe Kits which I'm sure I will do soon due to the appalling quality.

Don’t order from this company putting Families out of pocket. £6 delivery charge to start off and sizing chart doesn't reflect the true sizes. Then to be told they won’t accept any exchanges or returns

This company take forever to deliver any teamwear. I’m informed that this company was like this prior to COVID. Most club members have had to wait a month for delivery. On top of that delivery was £12!!! This is a collective complaint from club members and not a one off.
