Processing Less than Ideal
Survey Club offers some great opportunities to earn some extra money. The reward system, while imperfect, does allow for Amazon gift cards to be emailed to you, which is convenient and helpful. However, the processing time is a bit longer than other market research companies, which is why it does not earn 5 stars.

You should send out notices when customers' points are about to expire. I didn't realize points expired until I lost a little over $6 worth of points.

Surveys are good and varied
Surveys are good and varied, quick turn around time for the rewards. Unfortunately the rewards do expire if you do not cash out the $25 in time.

I have been doing this for about 2…
I have been doing this for about 2 years now, and have had the pleasure of seeing the best survey sights, and the worst sites. A 4 star rating from me means the possibility of success is there, but your not as good as many others. All the companies out there in survey land seem to forget we are people, not robots, and give us a lot of negative feedback. The thing we value most is our time. Make it worth it.

I think survey club is top notch
I think survey club is top notch - good list of surveys - my only complaint is that it takes so long to reach $25.00. And since often you may not qualify for a survey that just extends it. But it is a good club and one I would recommend to everyone,
