Absolutely top class from start to finish , from booking to survey Al round 10/10 & great value for level 3 survey , James also available afterwards for any questions after survey was completed & happy to run through any questions / queries we had , would recommend to all & do not carry on looking just book with Survey Hut

Our surveyer Rob was extremely knowledgable and helpful, explaining everything simply. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

Customer service was great in terms of booking the survey and getting answers to initial questions I had.
Survey was reasonably clear and had lots of helpful
photos.
Follow up call was a bit rushed and not hugely illuminating.

Very professional, kept me informed of each step of the process. They quickly scheduled the appointment and I received the survey the next day. I recommend them

The report was easy to follow and was backed up by photographs of certain areas.

We were impressed by the clarity of the roof and chimney photographs taken by their Drone.

We were given the opportunity to make a telephone appointment to discuss the findings of the Survey afterwards.

Everything was easy to understand.

I thought it was a good thorough survey and report, was impressed with it.

James completed our survey for us and we couldn’t ask for more really. The survey was booked promptly and came back to us quickly and was detailed. We arranged a call for a few days after to discuss some things a bit more which we found really helpful and gave us more of an understanding of issues raised.
We also found Riz really helpful in the booking phase!
I would definitely recommend this company and would use again in the future if required.

Great and transparent from start to finish. The level 3 report was detailed with everything we would expect to find. It helped us greatly in deciding next steps and in our case saved us potentially a lot of money in the long run!

We had Rob Milne as our surveyor and he was excellent. The call to discuss the report afterwards was also welcomed as first time buyers we were new to the process and Rob took the time to explain everything in depth.

We will definitely be using Survey Hut again in the future.

Very thorough survey with easy to follow report

Great service from James. Report was done and I was notified straight away once it was ready to view. I had a phone call a week later so James could talk me through the survey. I found this very helpful as I found the report quite daunting to read. I would highly recommend James and Survey Hut team.
