Susan Payne Property Opiniones

Not told all the facts about our buyer up front, if we had known everything we wouldn’t have accepted their offer. Learnt things gradually, went on months then fell through. Now out of pocket with solicitor’s fees and falling house prices. Disappointing and stressful experience.

Jan, Sarah and Anneka were an absolute pleasure to work with in buying our house. Jan really went that extra mile in helping out. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything. Mark

Susan Payne came very quickly when I contacted her and gave me 1% charge which was very good. It took longer than I expected for the property to be put on the market but then a number of people came to view very quickly. The buyers seemed to have a problem with their mortgage and their deposit before exchanging which I found worrying and only found out after enquiring. I expected people would be chased up but found that I always had to ask the question, after which Jan always chased up by asking either the buyers or their solicitor. Everyone in the office was always very friendly and helpful.

Professional service and great to deal with. SPP have a really good team of people and know and understand the market very well. They provide excellent advice and are very proactive. Highly recommend.

Susan Payne have been amazing for us to deal with. Buying a new home is always a stressful experience for everyone involved. But the care, consideration and attention that the team gave to us was brilliant. Happily recommend them to anyone looking to move home.

A special shout out to Jan Tooley who was stellar in phoning back and doing exactly what she said she would do.

Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon, but would happily use Susan Payne based on this experience. :)

These are professional people that really care!

... helpful and supportive throughout the whole (lengthy, stressful, testing to the limit) process. Would recommend unreservedly.

The photos and online layout for marketing were excellent and had the desired result with a lot of interest within 48 hours and a sale agreed. I even ended up buying my new property from them!
Despite a few delays during the transaction, Jan’s expertise kept the chain intact and we eventually achieved a successful conclusion.

If only all Estate Agents were like this....
We have just purchased a property with the support of Susan Payne. Throughout, all members of the team have been helpful, friendly and responsive - always making us feel like we mattered. I would certainly recommend Susan Payne to others, and would use them again happily.

A wonderful team of caring, considerate and understanding professionals. Fully supportive and willing to add that 'personal touch' to go beyond what is normally expected of estate agents. I highly recommend them and have no hesitation in saying they make the stressful experience of moving house much easier to cope with. Excellent service by all.
