We have been very pleased with the help and support we have received from Susan Payne Property, from the initial viewing of the property all the way through the purchasing process we have been kept well informed as to how everything was progressing. Jan Tooley in particular has been excellent, she is proactive and has been great at keeping us calm when things were going a little awry. All phone calls were answered and all emails responded to in a timely fashion which all helped to make us feel that our concerns were important even though we know the workload at Susan Payne has increased massively over the last few months and with it I would imagine so has the pressure the staff are under. Special mention also for Sarah who showed us round the property initially, she was well informed and friendly and was very helpful in responding to queries and keeping things moving along whilst Jan was on leave. Thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience buying a property during the most difficult time of Covid. incredibly responsive and helpful. Great suggestions on local solicitors, surveyors etc. Could not recommend more highly.

Here you had a whole heap of problems to solve. Then came the covid 19. That upset everything and a backing down of one of the chain.
