I ordered Tough Country Springs from Suspension Connection .com, back on 5/13/24 my card was charged immediately. i was told 2 weeks for delivery. As of July 27th, the order hasn't come. I called several times no answer on the phone i was on hold for over an hour each time, and no response to emails. I contacted my C/C co. and contested the charge. As of today 8/9/24, my C/C Co. has settled the claim & i finally got my money back. I wish i read these reviews first. SUSPENSION CONNECTION IS A SCAM DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!

They said the parts were in stock charged me that day and then nothing. I have spent hours on hold and writing e-mails to this company all just trying to get my money back

I wish I'd seen these reviews before handing over my money. They are a very dishonest company who should not be able to trade. Beware, they falsely advertise and conn the buyer into believing they have stock 'on the shelf'. When it is clear they don't, then good luck trying to get your money back!
Do not allow yourself to get caught up in their scam!

Called and talked with a sales person, explained what my vehicle was and that I needed to order a set of airbags. Sales person sold me what he said would fit my vehicle. I received the parts and they were wrong. I went through the process of sending the parts back, I had to pay 100.00 for shipping. I was told in 5-10 business days I’d have my refund. When I checked to see if I’d been refunded I saw that I was not refunded all the purchase amount. I was short 125.17. When I called to ask about the amount I was told that it was restocking fees and there was nothing they would do about it and that I should have read their fine print when looking at the website. So I was sold the wrong item and ended up having to pay 225.17 to return it then told sorry sounds like your problem.

Don't Trust just this company to send out a product that they listed as in stock & ships within days!! Waited 3 weeks for air bag kits. After each phone call, email I was told another ship date. After the 3rd different ship date in 3 weeks of waiting I cancelled the order. I ordered another brand from another company & had them shipped & installed within 4 days of ordering them!

scammed me out of my money. Will not issue a refund. Can't wait to take these f****** to court

Absolutely the worse company and scammers. How do they stay in Business? Returns and mistakes, if ever rectified, take not days, not weeks, but months. Do not do business with these jokers.

Horrible company! Ordered my new suspension aug 1st and here i am oct 27 still missing parts. Called a month ago asking for a refund on the parts that are still missing still haven't got my money. Dont buy anything from this company!!!!!

They are simply stealing money and sending nothing. I will be contacting the local district attorney for prosecution of this establishment and the con artists running it.

Sat on my order 2 weeks with no response so I cancelled after reading about people waiting 5 weeks or more for their parts. After 2 weeks of unanswered emails as to where my refund was, I had to open a Paypal claim. Also went to the BBB. I had my refund notice in a few hours. Basically the company will ignore you until their rating is about to go down then they'll give you your money back. Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Theres so many other legitimate companies out there you can do business with, this isn't one of them.
