Fantastic customer service
The best customer service I have experienced in a retail store! Graham was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable to allow us make the right decision without any pressure. On delivery day the bed was on time and assembled quickly by two very friendly guys. They removed all the rubbish and took away my old bed and mattress without any bother. Great service from start to finish!

Great customer service
Karen was a great help in choosing the right bed for us. We have ordered a base and mattress and it was very easy to get what should work for our room. 60 day trial helps with peace of mind as well.

Problem resolved
I had a problem, which had been sitting with me for some while and I spoke to Lee who came up with a satisfactory solution for which I am grateful
This has restored my faith in the company. My only regret is the problem in the first place which of course has now been resolved thank you Lee.

An extremely happy customer
We were recommended to go to Sussex Beds and now we know why. From the extremely friendly and helpful Beyadr in the Ashford store to the courteous and also very helpful young men who delivered our divan base, we could not have asked for more. Delivery on schedule too. This company offers customer service at its best. A certain Royal Warrant holding chain store could learn a lot from Sussex Beds.

Best service ever
My husband & I had been wanting a new mattress for some time. On the off chance we popped into Sussex Beds in Tonbridge, and how we was looked after by the sales team was amazing. Especially Lisa who helped us get exactly what we needed at such an amazing price. We actually ended buying two.

Ellie at the Canterbury store was so helpful today! I’m moving house and needing to buy my own bed for the first time and she made me and my mum feel very welcome and was able to understand my situation and help me find an amazing bed while still considering my financial situation. She was able to offer advice without it feeling forced, I really felt like she wanted to help me and therefore trusted her opinions. I would absolutely recommend and have come away feeling happy and like I got the best deal possible. Thank you so much for all your help Ellie!
