Craig and Russell did a great job clearing out our pond
and removing part of our wall.Landscaped the area and now looks good with some planting.Removed all the fish ,some fifty plus with only one casualty and reponded.
Both very helpful +Doug and polite.Good job cleaning up each day and left the place tidy and safe.Plus arrived the day which was arranged some weeks before.

A small pond.
I am thrilled with the work carried out on my pond. It hadn’t been cleaned for many a year. The fish are now swimming around this huge area and seem happy! Great working team and everything all left as it was. Throughly recommend.

Doug and his team came to clear bull rushes from our large pond. They were polite, efficient and knowledgable. A great service provided and we will be using them again for on-going maintenance of our pond.

We were very impressed with the reconstruction of the garden pond. The work was carried with care & attention to detail & the garden was left extremely clean & tidy. Great job.

Doug was brilliant; really friendly and professional and gave us lots of advice on how to keep our pond healthy.

Lovely to have two garden ponds cleaned out after 15 years. Friendly guys, quick, tidy and a good job done. Looking forward to seeing the plant life regrow after a good cutback. Water nice and clear so we can see the fish and loads of frogs.

Doug changed his appointments as our pond had a leak and he got it done in the 2days before we go away. He put a pond liner in and replaced the top stones around it. He also took out our waterfall and put it back again and he tested it. All together it was a good job and Doug and Craig were very friendly and had a lot of experience and we got great customer service.

Doug and his team recently undertook a full clean of the reflecting pond at the Royal Pavilion, which had become overgrown. They were incredibly considerate of the historic nature of the structure and surrounding environment and the works were carried out to a very high standard. Doug and his team were professional, diligent and friendly throughout the whole process, from planning to delivery. We're very pleased with the results and they even kindly offered to re-locate some of the many lilies to another pond to improve its longevity. The pond is now a reflecting pond again!

I can thoroughly recommend SPD. The fibreglassing of our pond looks and performs well and Doug and Craig came on the days stated. They lost a point as the sludge was put in our green bin which was so heavy it could not be moved easily and the council refused to take it. The cost was rather high but I am hoping you get what you pay for.

I had the Pond Doctor come to sort out a problem with my pond which involved emptying, rehousing fish and cleaning the equipment. It was a very rainy day and the work was completed efficiently and courteously. I was also provided with useful advice.

Ours is a difficult garden to access and navigate and yet Doug and Bob, carrying all their industrial pond cleaning equipment, made it look easy. The fish and newts were all carefully transferred to a holding tank where they swam around happily while Doug and Bob completely drained, cleared, and thoroughly cleaned out all silt and debris from the 20-year-old pond. As the pond was refilling, the fish and plants were reintroduced. Fantastic job! Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with our service. Had to wait a little while due to the company being very busy at this time but it was well worth the wait. Doug has been so helpful with, not only cleaning out pond, but providing us with loads of information on how to maintain the pond.
