5 Star service
I have used both the online service and visited the store in person - the service on both occasion has been excellent ( 5 star service). I sold some gold and they guided me through each step. Kerry provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommended Suttons and Robertson.

Very pleasant member of staff and good to talk to. My first time pawning. Sadly, interest rates for the Loan was astronomical and incredibly high. However I understand this is not the sales person’s fault at all.
