Just yesterday I emailed customer service to say, I ordered the 3 bottle pack of Growback. I received my order yesterday and one of the 3 bottles was broken with the serum all over the packing material and box.

I was only looking for them to send me the one replacement bottle.

Then early this morning I already had an email back from them saying they were sorry and sending me another complete 3 bottle order at no charge to me! I had the confirmation email too!

The response was so fast, the best customer service, no hassle it was very easy!

I will continue to be a repeat customer! I was taking a GLP-1 and had hair shedding, the results have been great using the Growback Serum, my hair is thicker!

Could not be more pleased with every item I’ve ordered from Suzanne’s site. Everything she sells is without horrible chemicals. That is what brought me to her site. After checking the Yuka App for ingredients for food, makeup, toothpaste etc you will only shop with Suzanne’s items! My health has improved dramatically, my hair is growing strong and healthy, I’ve never felt so good!
