The oils I bought were good quality. Customer service and shipping is horrible. Employees do not even read communication, but instead give form answers. On Amazon, if you buy from this company, the smaller the quantity the faster the shipping. Larger quantities bought at a better price, will give you long shipping times or having to pay extra for shipping. There are better companies out there with both customer service and shipping and good quality oils. Those companies are not on Amazon.

Ordered from this company for the fisst time. Customer service kept me in the loop and DHL delivered within a week from India. The oils I ordered atre good and happy overall.

UNLESS YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THEM ON AMAZON, DO NOT VENTURE IN PURCHASING ON THEIR WEBSITE AS THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE.THEIR WEBSITE SAID 2-5 DAYS PROCESSING TIME AND I AM STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW AND WHEN I REACHED OUT THEY DECIDED TO IGNORE ME. I ASK FOR REFUND AND STILL NOTHING. I HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL. THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. BAD COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
