God service og hurtig kontakt. At ringe til en låsesmed og komme igennem indenfor 30 sekunder til en super flink betjening er noget at det jeg væger højest. Anbefaling herfra!

Jeg Skulle ha brudt en hængelås op som en boldsaks ikke kunne klarer , så det blev løst tilfredsstillende :)

Løste opgaven med en dør der var gået i baglås pga. indbrudsforsøg på meget professionel vis og på meget kort tid.
Producenten af døren havde forsøgt i 3 timer, men kunne ikke åbne døren og havde opgivet. De ville i stedet foreslå en helt ny dør.

Very unprofessional way of dealing. Be aware of fraud. I feel being cheated. First I was told you will charce me 1250 DKK for breakign lock. In receipt you charge me 1776DKK +25% moms, which I was not informed earlier before service. I was simply told that i would be charged 1250 Dkk for breaking lock,

Again, I requested your man to change the door lock the next day. He could have taken measurement same day, but instead came next day around 9 morning for measurement and bring the items, which did not fit. Then we agreed on electronic lock for 2500DKK (i was not told +25%moms), and I got the invoice for 3499+25%moms. Normally changing of lock takes 1 hours of work, but I am charged 2 hours. and now you say you have given me discount on working hours and charged me only 2 hours. is this how long professional takes to install lock( 2 hours and more ). Finally after long discussion the 2700dkk+25% moms is charged for the lock ( although you don't tell me about the moms). Is this the way of working professionally. You don't give clear amount at the beginning and cheating customer. This is not good. I consider this as fraud.
