After buying once off exercise program, I was automatically subscribed to an annual deduction without my permission and a large amount in ZAR currency was deducted from my account. The subscription was canceled, thank goodness, but after several emails and promises, I still haven't been refunded. It's a scam.

We bought a product from them and they automatically signed us up for their subscription at $52.60 a month. No emails from them for the start of the subscription or email receipts. Just found out after they had been doing this for 3 years. Only offered 4 months refund.

THIS IS A SCAM!! It’s not a product but a subscription … for NOTHING!!
Fully refunded by PAYPAL - immediately. Do they’re clearly expecting the fraud claim.

SCAM - please do not sign up - its a book (that is not a book, its a subscription)

Je reviendrai mettre à jour si j'obtiens mon remboursement.

I did not sign up for them taking money from my Bank account, I actually canx the information on the website. They clearly tried to take £22.54 twice. My bank blocked the transaction, thank goodness.
What a scam.

"Founder And Head Trainer As Well Fitness Nutritionist, Meredith Shirk, Prides Herself In Being 100% Open And Honest With Her Clientele" says the Svelte website. What an absolute joke this is!!!
I signed up for a one-off lifetime limited service and a book. I paid via paypal. Without my knowledge or authorisation I was 'opted in' through a small tick box to a free trial of additional services and then charged 49$ per month via my paypal account. The 'book' is actually an 'ebook'. I am now trying to get my 245$ back for a service I did not order, did not want and have not accessed.
I received no emails from Svelte and it turns out that they took my email from my paypal sign in (not used for emails and never given out). Is this even legal?
Customer services only offered me 2 months refund (out of 5 months) and said this was all he was authorised to do. After I made threats to go public across social media he increased this to 4 months. I am still having to escalate to get the outstanding 1 month. I hope I receive this.
DO NOT TRUST SVELTE AND IF YOU DO DECIDE TO SIGN UP DO IT VERY VERY CAREFULLY

Thought I was buying a book, but it was a subscription and tried taking payment out.
