You delivered to our old address, having previously delivered to our correct address, something went wrong with your systems or processes and the wine is now delayed by 2-3 weeks

Awful. Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Received two email updates saying ‘your order is ready’ and ‘your order is on track.’ Hilarious as neither is true - no evidence of tracking or the shipment. Total scam, will be cancelling my order.

Wines great but delivery seemed a bit slow
Wines great but delivery seemed to take a long time. I think I waited almost 3 weeks. However I had not appreciated that they were being sent from Italy so my expectation was probably misplaced.

Both wines are great value for money. I especially liked the Aimone which I tend to favour to my Australian merlot which I've been drinking for far too long!
