Fraud. I didn't receive my item. I complained and asked for an update. There was no response and I also never received my product. I am not sure if this company is allowed to sell in the UK. I would be very careful to buy products from this company

This red wine was recommended to me by a friend, at whose house I first sampled it during an evening of 'video entertainment'. He forwarded the details for its purchase to me by email and I subsequently placed an order for 6 bottles. The price seemed quite reasonable for a good wine, ordering and delivery was smooth and it was delivered to our door without problem. I'm very pleased with the service given and am enjoying my first glass with my wife on holiday on the Welsh coast.

I ordered wine from you on the 19 May. It is now the 2nd of June and I have had no lnformation about delivery dares or where my wine is. Not good customer service is it.

Despite the delivery being longer...the first bottle of wine was the best I had drunk in years! Why buy from a supermarket when you can buy from source? A no-brainer!

Although it took a while to arrive, the wine is delicious and has been enjoyed.

Took 20 days to arrive. Was left outside in the garden (Yodel would not allow delivery to a different address said the supplier had not selected a method which allowed this). My order was for 2022 vintage and I was sent 2024. Not a good experience.

The delivery took over 2 weeks. They delivered 3 bottles I didn't order. After sending pictures of the wrong bottles 'Customer Service' hasn't responded in over a week. I have no other option than asking the Credit Card to block the payment.

Placed my order on the 17th May, and was advised today that it had been delivered. It has not. Tried to utilise the chat function and keep being dropped with no explanation. Tried the contact us option and the links do not work. Really at a loss now about what to do, other than speak to my Bank to cancel the payment.

There are some Italian wines you just can't get in the UK! But this has changed now! Takes a bit longer to deliver, but it got to me without problems!

The delivery was 2.5 weeks but we gathered it would be a while coming from Italy.

The wine is very nice and good value for money.

Great value Italian wine. Can't fault the service and easy to check the progress of your order. Just remember that the wine is coming direct from Italy so your order will take several weeks to arrive. Another plus is that there is no import tax to pay. Don't place an order if you require the wine in a hurry or for a specific date.

Ordered 24th April still no parcel!!

Love your Italian wine, haven’t had a bottle yet that we didn’t enjoy..
