All around a perfect purchase. Prices were great online. Delivery was sooner than expected. Three pairs of boots and an half dozen socks. All of the products were exactly as advertised. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We have purchased so many things when we are in Toronto. We have also ordered a lot online as we do not live in Toronto. Just ordered a pair of shoes and they were not up to par so we wanted to return them. We have to pay $10 for the privilege. We will not order online again. Most companies have a no charge return so go that reason we will no longer order from there again .

You can spend thousands upon thousands of dollars and suffer through mistake after mistake, and missing items, and unfulfilled orders..... And they will still waste your time for hours if you need them to do something for you. One way street corporate mindset that doesn't care at all about their clients. They would push their mother in a ditch to pickup a dollar. I'll never be back.

I bought a pair of Puma trackpants and it not even a year already they have shrunk to a size that I can't even bother using. It look like I'm waiting for a flood

Ordered 5 items from this company after a year long of debating if its legit. Once I received my package I was short one item, a pair of Nike socks. I instantly called the company to inform them of my issue and they sent me back a video of a employee clearly having issues fitting that same product and then walking off screen. Now they won't reimburse me. Horrible customer service and I will never be ordering from this company ever again.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, I brought a Ugg shoes and the water go inside my feet.
Don't recommend that brand if you dont have a car and use the ttc and walk.
I hope that the store takes responsibility.

I ordered almost $500 in products online from here and all 23 items were FAKE. Very clearly so. Poor quality materials, incorrect sizing, but yet all perfectly branded and packaged in counterfeit tags and boxes. I will not let them live this down. Do not buy anything from them. Order the same crap on Temu for $10.

Their return policy is extremely restrictive, so you need to be very careful about what you purchase. In my experience, you’re better off buying from retailers like Sport Chek or Sporting Life, where returns are straightforward and customer‑friendly.
I was especially surprised that they would not accept a return on socks that were still completely unopened and in their original packaging. To me, this policy is unreasonable and makes shopping here a risk.

shop elsewhere. you will be charged even if you never receive package. courier left my package out in the open , on a major street in toronto. stolen almost immediately. customer service blamed it on me. she was very unhelpful. refused to give me refund. I even bought protection plan they suggest during check out.

Prices are so low u think it ain’t legit. It is. Also I messed up an order, the next day I sent email telling them the screw up. Then forgot all bout it. Well they fixed it and sent it out.. great experience and this is my main place for stuff….

horrible customer service, they are rude and it shows this is a small buisness the way they handle themselves and use ship carriers when there is issues they wash there hands.

Sold me defective product. Refused to exchange it for non defective product (I didn't even ask for a refund). I'm out $100 and have shoes that can't be worn. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent unbeatable prices. Fast shipping. I've ordered multiple times and my only disappointment is the return process. You must purchase the return shipping slip and pay a restocking fee.

I have read some of the reviews on here. I passed over 20 orders on SVPSPORTS.CA in the last few years. I even bought things I alreally bought from the brand itself like Nike or Converse, adidas items. Some people on here claim they sell fakes? What the hell? 😂 They are autorised retailers yall dont understand its cheap because its the few last unsold items from old collections that brands dont sell anymore. Its litteraly the best clothes/shoes website I ever found, best deals and the quality depends on the brand you choose not the website itself 😂 people are so slow its scary, ratings should be 4.8-4.9/5 not 2.5 😂 not all brands sizes are the same yes a small of nike wont be the same as the small of Hurley or Vans. This doesnt mean its fake, it means you didnt look at the size charts for that particular brand. Scary stupid people 😂
Also, shipping is hella fast, always max 2-3 days for me in Quebec. High quality items, bought things for 15-20% of the real price and I'm happy with them. Waiting for another order today but I have 0 stress about the .

I ordered a few items that were on for incredible prices. When I got the shoes they didn't fit as I'd hoped amd the customer service team got me replacements that fot very quickly. Fantastic service!

I made a purchase that was supposed to arrive last week. I did not receive my order....a week later I have requested a refund and the customer service is reluctant to give me a refund pending an investigation?? That should not be on me. As a first-time customer this will likely be the first and only time I purchase from this company. Lesson learned.
