Scammers ! They bill you for things from their own head , and then bill you for it ; zero communication with client as well , support non existing, might as well handle your taxes and book keeping by yourself and avoid getting scammed left and right or worse yet unneeded trouble with the tax office!!!!

Leider extrem unprofessionelle Erfahrung.
Trotz monatelanger Zusammenarbeit wurden weder eine funktionierende Finanzbuchhaltung noch eine abgeschlossene Umsatzsteuer-Registrierung geliefert.
Statt konkreter Ergebnisse erhielten wir wiederholt Rechnungen ohne nachvollziehbare Leistung.
Mandat wurde beendet. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Leider hat man mit dieser Kanzlei nur Kopfschmerzen und keinen richtigen Ansprechpartner. Dinge werden vergessen, Fristen nicht eingehalten und am Ende wird man auch gerne mal ignoriert. Dann bekommt man tatsächlich keine Antwort mehr. Mein Steuerberater hat mich tatsächlich geghostet, obwohl er einen sehr großen Fehler bzgl. OSS und Jahresabschluss gemacht hat. Wenn man dann sein Recht sucht, schreibt man mit keine Ahnung wem, denn nie hat man einen Namen unter der Email stehen. Man weiß nie, mit wem man tatsächlich schreibt. Unsachliche Diskussionen lieben diese Mitarbeiter bzw. Youtuber „Maestro“ (was ich selbst rausgefunden habe) sehr. Habe viele Schäden erlitten, die ich nun selbst aufarbeiten muss. Und wundert euch nicht, wenn ihr nachts um 23:45 Uhr noch eine spontane Kündigungsmail erhaltet. Allgemein eine äußerst unprofessionelle Arbeit, die ihr selbst nach kurzer Zeit bemerken werdet.

worst decision ever to work with them... stay away... I've been working with them since 2022, they keep charging monthly money and if you are one day late, they keep bugging you for payment, but they deliver ZERO work... my visa status is actually threatened in germany because they can't provide what they should've done 2years ago... I keep receiving fines from finanzamt repeatedly because they don't submit the work.. and then they stop answering emails when you need them.

I have been working with the company since March 2025. They assisted me with tax and VAT onboarding and completed the tax refund process for 2024. Now, my business is in good standing with tax authorities and is following a normal routine. :-)

This has been the worst decision I have ever made for my company. I am still not certain if this is an accounting/tax firm or an actual scam.

I have paid for 3 years, and am yet to see any work done. Excuses. Ignoring my emails. Continuously changing the team and promising submissions. I received an actual court summons because they didn't submit something on time.

I am closing my company directly because of SW Digital Tax - they have made it too stressful to continue and it's no longer worth it to me.

Die Beratung rund um Umwandlung war sehr verständlich und gut erklärt. Der Berater hat alle Prozesse mit mir durchgemacht und war stets an meiner Seite. Wir haben eine Holdingstruktur aufgebaut und sind seit dem auch mit allen fünf Unternehmen bei SW. Seit dem läuft alles viel runder als vorher. Klare Empfehlung.
