I have used a few other specialist swag companies in the past with mixed results. When Nathan and Anthony kicked off Swag N Send I was naturally keen to support my friends in TA, expecting a small and limited offering while they juggled full time jobs and families. I contacted through the website and I had a response very promptly from Nathan himself and he set a meeting up, our request was not easy, he had great patience with us and met everything we required even when requesting items not listed he was always happy to help!
