Great team, great service!!!!

I started with this studio almost 5 years ago. I felt very comfortable from the first day. My instructors are the best I have ever encountered. They work with you to help target your particular needs and concerns. I am now 70 years old and I very quickly started to see changes in my body to include better posture, core strength and all over strength. My attention and focus have become stronger. I am now doing things I, at first, thought would not be physically possible. I have mainly worked with Susan (the owner) and Shannon. However, when in the studio I have the opportunity to view all instructors. I cannot say enough good things about Swan Pilates.

Exceptional Pilates workouts here. Well trained instructors are the foundation. Most sessions begin with a question about what students’ bodies need and then the class is tailored to address any named tightness, aches or tenderness. The classes are infinitely varied (how do the teachers DO that?). Small class size means instructors can closely monitor form. Individualized cues improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mind-body connection. I’ve been a Pilates student at half a dozen studios over the years and this one is the best by far. Virtual classes are also available to make the studio “portable.” Highly recommend.

Excellent, knowledgeable, and well trained instructors guide us through a variety of well defined exercises that focus on all areas of the body. Safety and proper execution of each exercise is always a priority! A variety of exercises and equipment keep each class interesting and challenging. I love attending classes at Swan Pilates.

I have been a client for many years, initially encouraged to “try” Pilates by my wife. First of all, the studio is ultra clean which is important in these COVID times. Then, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and intuitive to the needs of the students. They all challenge us as they teach us the proper way to execute Pilates moves and positions. Classes are so much fun and there is no doubt that you've had a workout when the class is over. Lastly, but most important, the staff is welcoming, cheerful and this is a happy place to be. Coming to Swan Pilates is a worthwhile investment in your overall health.

Swan Pilates has terrific trainers and is a very friendly place. I have been going there for six months. My body and soul are better off for doing Pilates every week.

I have been doing Pilates at this studio for 3 years. I had never done Pilates before. Plus I am not very flexible and still can’t touch my toes😂 Never have I ever felt out of place.
