It is a scam site and full of scammers. Don't fall for their products or videos. None of them exist. All are actors . Worst is they will call come up with offer and make you pay more...

Looks like they are a fraud company. Ordered earings and the delivery was 12th March, then it was updated as 14th March, but still no delivery, no customer support and some kind of fake tracking they share. Overall a worst experience

Sent a gift to my friend in US on her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! They have amazing customer service and the jewellery turned out to be so pretty. I didn’t expect such premium quality and luxury finish at such affordable price, LOVE IT! would definitely recommend to buy

Very poor customer service that I have had experience so far. Product was damaged and when I requested for return or refund, they asked me to send unboxing video. But they were not satisfed with my unboxing video as I already removed the outer packaging. They are bloody scammers and definitely do not recommend their products.

Worst experience. Ordered 5 products on Nov 28 and never delivered till Dec 6th. When called to check they say items have gone out of stock hence they can only refund. They have no business ethics no one bothered to even inform order is canceled. Until I called to check the status of order when they just say sorry items not available. If you check tracking status it shows no progress. Never ever buy from them first experience is the worst experience.

I ordered a kids’ bracelet and necklace from Swaasha. While both items arrived, the bracelet was broken. I didn’t want to keep it, but since my daughter really liked it, I requested an exchange.

The return was picked up and I received a replacement package — but to my disappointment, it contained the same broken bracelet again. I never expected this from Swaasha.

Now, the order has completely disappeared from my account. This is extremely concerning and feels like a scam. Very disappointed with the experience.

Do not buy this product. I have been cheated by them very badly. It took almost 20 days to get the product in Australia since the date i purchased. they produce micro products for Aliens. The bracelet I bought cannot even be used by my 12-year-old son. they did not refund my money.

I had ordered from their site on 9th August 2025 and for past more than 20 days I haven’t received my order.

When I checked online (delivery, their third party vendor) it was showing as “package missing”. I don’t understand that why the same was not checked by the company and it is only the customer who is checking the details.

When I called customer care, they said that it’s not their fault and unable to take any responsibility.

It’s the most ridiculous service I had seen.

It’s a company run by bunch of unprofessional a. If you want to save your time and money do not buy anything from them.

Their customer support and courier partners have pathetic service. I wanted to return the product I don't have any issue with their gift card policy. I thought I'll purchase some other article. I placed return request on their website after this I received messages from courier partners Shiprocket (Delhivery) They daily send me msg to pick the order but one one came. This continues 3-4 days and after this no one contacted me. I didn't get a single reply from Swashaa. Not recommended to purchase from their website. It's better to place order on some other ecommerce platform.

This is third class company and they have not delivered to be product and keep saying it will be delivered

Scam company run by scammers based in Surat... Ordered for an chain with pendant... Unfortunately it does not fit... While opting for a return/refund they have only 1 option that the amount will be refunded back to their gift card which is valid for 1 month and can used to purchase any other other out of their so called variety of 700+ products... Clearly shows the kind of ethics the company follows... All they care about is looting people... Pls think twice before making a purchase... In case the item you ordered is not upto the mark... Forget about your money... They will give you a gift card... scammers.

Did not receive my order at all. When checked with them they told there was issue with address but I provided address 3 times n when it was not delivered I asked for refund at first they agreed that there was some issue but again later they told it was already delivered. Total fraud scammer.

Fraud company and 3rd class product . These are absolute piece of trash and they only look better . 0 durability and quality . Bought Warsaw Men's bracelet silver one for 900 bucks on 9th april and that trash didnt last for 1 month . Never buying from companies like this again . Even website doesnt work properly .

I generally do not write reviews on jewellery if it loses its colour or plating. But this time i got earrings for my daughter from swashaa and the website said its for daily use. Within just few weeks of wearing it, my 5 yr old developed infection and we removed it and now the earring hole is fully closed post infection! I wrote to them and thier reply was to check the jewellery care instruction that came with the box.

You can buy but Just dont fall for the "daily use" tag. Coz at this rate loosing its plating and exposing allergic metal below it, its as good as any cheap artificial jewellery.

They are fraudsters stay away from them, they sent me used and damaged bracelet and when I contacted them they didn't responded nor solved my issue they are very fraudulent. Stay away from swashaa
