Is this a duff company?
A friend had recommended marine collagen supplement by Swedish Nutra. My google search found 'swedishnutrition' and I assumed this was the company she meant. I ordered one bottle, and signed up to their subscription service in order to receive a bottle every 3 weeks (it was at a reduced price and seemed convenient so as to not have to keep ordering it), I could cancel if I didn't like the product.
The bottle arrived in reasonable time. I liked the product. But then my next delivery failed to arrive. I wrote to their info@ email address to ask when to expect it. Nothing. No reply. I wrote again, after checking their website and seeing it was now showing as 'sold out' to enquire when they next expect to be restocked. Nothing. No response. It's been over 2 weeks and I received no automated acknowledgement of receipt of enquiry, no reply, and no change on their website. I'm not sure these people exist as a company. I have cancelled the payments via the account I used for the subscription as I don't trust this is a legitimate company and fear they want access to my funds. I would stay clear of swedishnutrition.co.uk.
