Disabled my account without explanation. Tried to confirm the issue with them, but refused to help and did not explain what happened to result in my account randomly getting disabled.
I attempted to make a purchase utilizing a deal they sent to my email. I was able to log-in then. My purchase got flagged by my bank. I had to verify it was me. When I attempted to log back in, my account was disabled.

Bait and switch
This site offers bonuses for signing up thru their site. What they claim to offer is not what you get once you have signed up. They offer a link to the casino, not a bonus code. Once signed up thru their link the promised bonus is not there and it is now too late to receive a sign up bonus because you have just created your account.

When we advertise bonuses, these are promotions offered by the casinos themselves and are typically activated either automatically or through a bonus code clearly listed on the casino’s site during signup. We work with hundreds of sweeps casinos and the way they issue bonuses does vary from casino to casino, but they are all new player offers, could it be you have joined them before?
In some cases, casinos change their promotions, restrict bonuses by location, or require additional steps (such as opting in or meeting eligibility criteria) that are outside of our control. Unfortunately, once an account is created, casinos generally do not allow retroactive bonuses, which we understand can be disappointing.
That said, we take feedback like this seriously. If you’re willing, please reach out to us directly with the casino name and date of signup, and we’ll gladly investigate what happened and update our listings if anything was unclear or outdated.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the chance to make this right.
