I love Sweet Green!!!

I love Sweet Green! Their salads and bowls are delicious and fresh. I love their dressings! I’ve ordered from them three times in the last two weeks. One bowl last three meals for me and the lettuce is still fresh on the third go around! It can be a little pricey, if you add extras, but that’s a personal choice and not necessary as there are so many ingredients in each bowl. Hope they open more of these stores!

Stay away from Sweetgreen

Stay away from Sweetgreen. When you order food online, they require you to work with AI and it is very frustrating. They will not allow you to speak to a real person. Good luck to you if you need to change a delivery date. I will never order from them again. Save yourself some frustration and move on to another location. You will be happy you did so. I only gave a one star to write this review, it should be nothing.

Wow..Sweet Green use to be my favorite fast healthier food..ordered last night for my family and the food was very disappointing..the quality of food has declined..from chips that taste like cheap bagged chips bread that was obviously a cheap bagged brand..nothing tasted fresh....we will not be eating here anymore. A lot of money for a crappy meal!

not offering the lady water when she asked is evil, but whats worse is you treated her like scum by making her wait outside when a gentleman offered to buy her food and water from your establishment. Absolutely pathetic.

I think this corporation has to take a look at their employee! Telling a lady, a human being she has to wait outside is absurd! He couldn’t even give her water? She’s a person not trash. If this is how this company operates, I will never go into any of your locations. This employee is a disgrace to human life. I can only hope he gets his what he deserves and that’s fired and never works in any other food industry again! Congratulations he made your establishment famous! Too bad it wasn’t for the good. Do better Sweet Greens!

Good food, good service

I use them all the time, mostly ordering on the app for delivery. Great customer service when there is an issue, and the product is great.

Awful Allergy Policies

Really disappointed in their allergen safety claims. In one hand they encourage folks with allergies to come and then in another breath they say they’re not safe. WHICH IS IT?!

Overpriced and poorly portioned

My Harvest Bowl was mostly kale with barely any chicken or sweet potato, making it feel like a very expensive side salad. For the premium price they charge, the inconsistent portions and messy assembly just aren't worth the trip anymore.

I've enjoyed Sweetgreen salads for years, but now there is a new ordering system and it sucks. You go into a store and order at a computer. I'd like to just interact with a person, as I did before. It can't be that much more efficient for the workers and it's much less efficient and nice for me.

Also, the "medium" dressing used to be a great amount, but today, my salad had so much dressing on it, I can't even taste anything else. And it's badly mixed too. Not sure if this is bad automation or what, but it's really not something I want. Ordered from the store on Leesburg Pike in Tyson's, VA.

Poor communicate/bad online conversation!

Placed an order online and it moved from Westfield In to Westfield NJ. We tried to contact the location 1 min after so they wouldn't make the order and refund us. We got a email from what was the store 3 mins after saying the system is down due to AWS outage and since then we have been email with the NJ location. We have showed them all email and they aren't willing to refund our office for the $150 order we placed. Its not ok to be running a location without a phone to communicate. We have tried to speak to head office about this and still no communication. We also still order with the company so no one out. Except the location with out a phone and no way to let someone understand not to make the bowls. I feel like if someone wants to contact us about this and make it right would be great.

Sweet Greens/ Horrible customer service & Lack or compassion

Title: Lack of Compassion and Accessibility for Sick Customers

I placed an order with Sweetgreen, and after paying, the app informed me my salad would only be ready for pickup at 1:50 PM. I immediately contacted customer service to ask if it could be delivered, and if not, to please issue a refund. I was told the order was already “in progress,” so no refund could be given.

I explained that I am a cancer patient currently undergoing treatment, and I am not physically able to come inside to pick up food. I even suggested using an Uber courier to collect the order, if staff could simply hand it to them outside. Customer service flatly told me no, and that I would need to “call the store directly.” However, they could not provide me a working phone number, and the one listed online only redirects back to the same customer service I had just spoken to.

This left me with no option to access food I paid for, and no compassion shown for my circumstances. For a company that promotes health and wellness, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Accessibility and empathy matter—especially when dealing with customers who are sick or disabled. Sweetgreen needs to do better.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Visited the West Palm Beach, FLA location on a family trip. Picked up our $64 order plus tipped $15. Got home and my miso salmon was missing.
I emailed and texted answering the same questions, giving the same information with boiler plate responses. No resolution.
All of this for a $17 salad...wow

MELTED PLASTICS

MELTED PLASTICS, and Microplastics in my food. I have tried 4 times now to contact a human customer service person. good luck. this company could care less..WILL NEVER BE BACK and since they don't care I'll continue to post my photos on the web of the melted plastics in my food. Im a very pissed consumer. I thought they were a great company but they aren't.

Not Even Decent Service - Sweetgreen in Chicago at North and…

Sweetgreen in Chicago at North and Clyborne has staff that will yell at you if you don't understand the menu and restaurant managers who are even worse. They treat the restaurant like some kind of cheap bbq you'd find on the highway in a small town that they own and is not corporate owned with corporate standards. I guess they think no one is looking and apparently since you can't reach customer service, no one is....
