Accepts payments, does not deliver

Can't give a lower rating, but this business appears to be accepting payments still, but may have ceased trading (though the ABN lookup is still showing an active company registration). I pre-ordered a RAGO product in May 2024, and am aware of the banner advising of delays. Fine with that. HOWEVER if I email after the "expected due date" and ask to check on the status of the order or expected delivery, the least you can do is respond to my multiple enquiries or advise of further (unanticipated) delays. To completely ignore me indicates you're doing something untoward - and your lack of online presence speaks to that. Social media pages dormant for years, reviews stating you haven't delivered, complete silence. Best case scenario is abysmal customer service, worst case scenario is you have my money and are breaking consumer law. Guess that's up to the ACCC to decide now.

Hi Abi, I have just located your emails. You were filtered to spam and as such the mails were not received. Rago still has many products on backorder and as such we have not been able to get your size yet. I have issued your refund and see you an email.

Rago garments did not arrive

Ordered some Rago garments back in April 2024, they were on back order but some months later and numerous emails submitted I have received no response from this company - I do not recommend!

A slight criticism

I didn't receive a confirmation email right away, but I did get it when the package was sent, along with a tracking number. My experience was lovely, but I do know that if my Rago order wasn't available for immediate dispatch and I had to wait 3-8 weeks before getting any kind of confirmation email that my order was received, I would be wary. It's not a big deal, and I will definitely be using Sweet Pins for future lingerie orders (especially for my new obsession with Rago shapewear), but it's something I'd appreciate in the future!

Currently we are in the middle of transferring to a new and improved website and this may be the reason that you did not receive an order confirmation from us.
If your order was placed on back order we would definitely send you a notification to let you know of this.

Beautifully made

Beautifully made, the slip is exactly as picture. Very delicate and quality material used throughout. I absolutely love it!

Shipping was very fast and they were great to deal with. Definitely ordering again from Sweet Pins.
