I would highly recommend! For my niece's 5th birthday party we wanted to source a range of veg/vegan sweets. Not only do they have a huge range and selection, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had been in touch about creating a pink-themed hamper and had a very honest response back which was so crucial for us (pink/red dye is usually sourced from animals and this is something we would not have known). Sara, in particular, was very knowledgeable and adapted our order so we could substitute some of the sweets so they were genuinely free from any such colouring and gelatine. She was VERY patient and dealt with all my back and forth queries so well, and ultimately met all expectations once the order was placed and delivered. We are yet to try the sweets as they are waiting for the party, but I am so pleased and grateful for the service received as we have a strict dietary requirement which this caters for! Thank you

All the Mike & Ike sweets I ordered were in date but they all were all stuck together and seemed like they had got wet the dried in a clump! All 6 packets! V disappointed

Ordering was simple. Tracking and updates timely and reliable. My large order even arrived one day earlier than scheduled but was notified in time.
Packaging was very good. All I had ordered was enclosed.

First time order. Firstly, ordered chocolate raisins - came with bag split open and all raisins over bottom of box so careless packing. Secondly one of the items sent was wrong. Have messaged them through their website and will see what response I get, if any. Will update on here if (or if not) I get a response.
Although not a complaint against the Company as such they employ the delivery company and this time they used Amazon delivery who dumped the box outside the front door and didn't even bother to knock. I was just sitting 3 metres away on the other side of the door and knew it had been delivered when I got a text and email saying so. What a way to run a business.
Update 14-Mar - response from Sweets & Candy. Replace or refund. Chose refund as I don't want Amazon delivery. Very quick response from the Company and sorted. Would up star rating to 4 based on quick customer relations response

I ordered one kilo of vegan sweets from these guys, and upon arrival, they were absolutely terrible. We only had a few to try and all agreed that they tasted like rubber and plastic with hardly any taste and all the different variations also tasted the same-disgusting. Even the kids didn’t want them. Then i checked and saw that the date had just gone which is so out of order!

I have contacted them through their contact form online and have had no reply and so I phoned them and surprise surprise, no one answered.

They had an answering machine to which I have left a similar message to them about getting back to me about quality issues, but I haven’t had a phone call back yet and I doubt I will.

I’m really not counting on them to get l in touch, and in regards to the quality of the sweets, the seller probably knows and has had complaints before, so they’re just going to ignore me. They’ve bagged in a tenner from me and sent something that is beyond poor quality.. terrible-keep away guys.

I agree with many of the comments people are writing.
Use by dates which give you only 6 weeks to consume, i even received x3 packs of sweets 3.5 months out of date. £42 wasted on two boys birthdays. Rubbish. Avoid!

Not happy as I purchased a box of payday bars in October for a Xmas gift and the sell by date was December. Apparently it did say that there was a 2/3 month sell by date but I didn’t see it but nevertheless that is a very short time span. When questioned about it they said I could return any unwanted bars for a refund but I had to pay the postage. I will not be buying from this site again!

Brought from here twice once though amazon and once though website. Both cheap Website is cheaper, very cheap! and discount codes. Amazon can ship on behalf of their website so order came very quick both times. Great price taste good quick delivery all you can ask for will order again I the future thanks Brooke.

Placed an order that went missing with the Amazon couriers (3rd order this Christmas that they have lost), Sara in customer services couldn't have been more helpful. Haven't used before, but definitely will again.

Just received my order. Efficient delivery and reasonably priced. The sweets and packaging look good. If I were to complain, I ordered a 1kg bag of sweets and was sent two 500g bags. It’s a very minor complaint that doesn’t really matter in the long run. I would purchase from them again

Bad. Packed with unnecessary colours and flavourings, making them totally unsuitable for children. As an adult these instigated bad headaches.

The chocolate buttons we ordered for our two year old actually made him physically sick. There's not even any chocolate content in them, again just flavourings.

Contacted them before leaving this review in order for them to respond fairly. Having followed them up three times, it seems they just don't want to know.

A refund of the carriage paid £25 order would have been appreciated, as we binned the lot! 😞

Scam company!!! DO NOT order from this place, it's not real! Placed an order then nothing, no email or anything and emails to them just bounce back. Luckily I got refunded by my bank.
