Hi Taslim,

Thank you for your review, and we're genuinely sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive in time—especially as it was intended as a birthday gift.

We take huge pride in our customer service, high-quality products, and fast delivery, which is reflected in so many of our positive reviews. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was an unexpected delay due to road closures affecting the area where our mail carrier usually collects parcels. This was sadly out of our control, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be.

To make things right, we’d be happy to send a replacement out today via next-day tracked delivery, so it will be with you tomorrow. Alternatively, if you’d prefer a full refund, we’re more than happy to arrange that instead—just let us know what works best for you.

Please feel free to contact us directly at orders@sweven-plates.co.uk
or by phone on 01924 925703, and we’ll make sure this is resolved quickly for you.

Sincere apologies again, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Sweven Plates Team

Hi Viola,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your order — that’s never the experience we want for our customers.

We take great pride in both the quality of our products and the service we provide, and we truly regret that we missed the mark for you this time.

To clarify, we currently don’t offer custom-cut plates, and while we do our best to review all notes and special instructions, we aren't always able to fulfill custom sizing requests outside our standard offerings. We're also very sorry to hear that your email wasn’t responded to — that’s not typical of our service, and we’re actively looking into what may have gone wrong there.

We’d really appreciate the chance to make things right. Please reach out to us directly at 01924 925703 or email us on orders@sweven-plates.co.uk so we can assist you further and explore a solution that works for you.

Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us continue to improve.

Warm regards,
Sweven Plates
