I ordered a Hive SLR2d receiver from Swift Spares. Unfortunately, they did not have one in stock so sent an alternative. However, this was not suitable so had to be returned. Swift Spares paid for the return and refunded the purchase price and postage promptly.

I paid for the express delivery on Thursday and it arrived by DPD on Saturday ready to be fitted on Monday. I am grateful for their prompt delivery and resourceful well packaged item. Would use company again and recommend.

I needed a part very urgent for my heating system i ordered it online at 13:30 and paid the Post Office special delivery service offered at checkout and received the replacement part within 20 hours at 10:00am next day so was able to get things working again excellent service and thank you

With my first item faulty and the replacement damaged in transit, Swift Spares sent a third item on a next day delivery without quibble. They covered the cost of all delivery and return charges, again without quibble. I couldn't have asked for more.

The Hive controller arrived when expected and I was able to replace the faulty one in my heating system with ease. Getting it to talk to my thermostat took quite a bit more effort, but I now have a fully functional hot water and heating system.

Ordered online on Sunday, order confirmed first thing on Monday and received on Wednesday, all as described. Very efficient service.
