All done in 5 hours from start to finish!
Made an enquiry at 12.30pm today regards a transfer of ownership from my Ltd Co. to my sole name and all documents were with me by 5pm same day even with some slight amendments. Needed an ID1, ID2, TR1 & AP1 form. I thought it would be easy to do myself but it was worth paying a fee to get them filled correctly and then guidance on what to do next with the forms from my case manager James. James was very friendly and thorough. Cost was £200 incl VAt and solicitors wanted £854 with a 9-13 week timeframe.
Got these forms completed and have arranged a Notary Public to certify the forms for £130, so after Land Registry fee of £45 the total cost will be only £375 which is less than half the cost of quotes from solicitors. You know you're getting ripped off by solicitors when it can be done from so much less £££.
