Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we completely understand why you would want absolute clarity regarding the fees deducted from your refund.

We would, however, like to clarify one important point. The Fast Track service selected carries a fee of 29% + VAT, which is 34.8% in total. This was the only fee deducted from your refund — there were absolutely no additional charges, hidden fees or further deductions on top of this amount.

We therefore feel it is important to clarify that the fee was 34.8%, not nearly 50% as suggested in the review. Everything relating to the service selected, the applicable fee and the processing of the claim has been documented.

We also work extremely hard to keep our Fast Track service competitively priced. Clients comparing refund companies will find that some providers charge considerably higher fees, while our aim is to offer a combination of faster processing, competitive pricing, regular communication and genuine support throughout the claim.

For us, the service is not simply about submitting a claim and collecting a fee. We want our clients to know what is happening, be able to speak to a real member of our team when they need assistance, and receive their refund as efficiently as possible. We pride ourselves on being approachable, responsive and transparent, and the many clients we have helped over the years are extremely important to us.

That said, if anything regarding the difference between the Standard and Fast Track service was not clear enough at the time, we sincerely apologise. Feedback like yours is valuable because it allows us to continue improving how we explain the different options available to our clients.
