Delays in booking and getting access to the unit
Something is off with the billing system. You can book a start date from their website, but for some reason, until they have taken the money from your account, the unit is not accessible. It happened twice, where I booked the property, showed up on the site, on the move in day, only to find the billing was not completed, and the unit access was not configured, even though I booked it on their website. There is also no 24x7 support to call on weekends. Once that was sorted (by about 2 days delay), I was then able to access it, with no issues.
So don't show up at the unit, hoping to access it until you get that text message, and the app is updated. The booking date on your form means nothing until Swift sends that details.

Easy to access our storage unit
Easy to access our storage unit. Although it wouldn't let me share with my husband as it wouldn't send him a message through text and there was no other option .
There isn't enough trollies. We have gone there and 1 group is using both trolleys. 2 isn't enough for the whole centre.

First time using Swift Storage in…
First time using Swift Storage in Flagstone.
First I’d like to start with the positives. First impression I was surprised with the level of autonomous access using the app being a bit of a nerd myself and using smart technology. Storage shed was in great condition and clean interior (could come down to it being a newer facility?)
Now the not so positives.
Given that it is all smart access via the app, I could only imagine if power goes out would you loose access as the gates and storage lock are all electric etc
And the main one for us is that even though the facility is gated and requires access only, it’s not 24/7. Be aware that it shuts at 10pm, we weren’t aware of this until we arrived after 11pm after driving an hour to then learn there’s no access after 10. Was rather disappointed in regards to this.
But besides that, if the facility has some form of power backup incase of a blackout or some form of power outage and if it was 24/7 access then this place is 5 stars.
But for now, given it’s not 24/7 and not knowing what will happen if power goes out, 3 stars.
