No fuss professional help to arrange a suitable unit at a reasonable cost. When help was needed it was provided to make things easy with the booking and the access, great service. The unit very clean and ready to accept my items for storage. Quick service with an eagerness to provide customer satisfaction. Very happy to deal with Swift services, this is the second time I have used the services.

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, when I have had a couple of issues with the exit gate. I met the maintenance man on the premises at one point & he was also very nice to talk to.

It was easy to apply online and when I rang and spoke with staff they were helpful.
I don’t have to worry about padlocks everything is done from my phone making it easy and convenient

Great experience
Great experience. Very nice facility. Clean, dry and well lit. Love the electronic entry. Was pretty quiet when I moved in so no competition for trollies or lift.

Easy to access our storage unit
Easy to access our storage unit. Although it wouldn't let me share with my husband as it wouldn't send him a message through text and there was no other option .
There isn't enough trollies. We have gone there and 1 group is using both trolleys. 2 isn't enough for the whole centre.

Great understanding of my needs. Customer service was able to guide me through the complexities of changing units simply and clearly. The change was due to size restrictions in the original unit. There was no issue with doing the change.
